The crew who is…read moreresponsible for mowing the lawns are damaging all sorts of sprinkler heads, drainage hoses, cover plates over excess to water shut off, watering hoses for trees, and they also damaged my screened in porch by riding by with the lawn mower instead of using a weed trimmer around the enclosure. This happened in September 2024 and it was like pulling teeth to get a reimbursement for the cost of the damage they have caused to my property. The HOA sent numerous emails to them and I called and emailed numerous times. It is now February , 6 month later and they still did not fully reimburse me. RUN...RUN AWAY...DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.. Every purchase has been a good experience. The Perez family have a very nice assortment of trees, and at reasonable prices. My only advice is whenever you are arriving at the nursery, or departing. Please be mindful that there are two sets of Amtrak railroad tracks directly in front of the entrance and you have to be very careful to check both directions prior to crossing. Yesterday when we were leaving, it is by the grace of God that we didn't get smacked by a southbound train traveling at a very fast speed. I have attached two photos I screen grabbed from Google Earth of the driveway leading into the Perez Nursery. It appears to show 2 train crossing signs, one entering and one departing. Also the one photo shows a longer perspective of the train tracks. As you can see, the canopy of trees makes it a bit challenging to see a southbound approaching train that's traveling at such a high rate of speed, before you know it it's right on top of you. Someone was definitely looking out for that day, feeling blessed that nothing terrible happened. The five star rating is for their inventory and service, not the arrival or departure.
