I tried to call a number of car glass companies and either they didn't answer the phone or next availability is 3 days after. I finally got hold of Stat Auto Glass and not only did the owner Sergio answered the phone but he was available on the same day! He is very professional, came to our house, assessed the problem and fixed the window glass in no time. He is very respectful of your property, cleaned the area after the job is done. The fee is very reasonable and affordable. Sergio is highly recommended and I like that he is the owner and the main guy who will fix the job right in the comfort of your home. Thanks Sergio, I really appreciate what you did in such short notice in time for our plans over the weekend!

Living in FL, it rains quite often during these months, so I was looking to get it fixed ASAP. The forecast actually called for a bad storm on the following Sunday. I spent 3 hours on Saturday morning calling every auto window repair guy in town. Sotelo's not only gave me the cheapest price, but got me in FIRST thing Monday morning. I was in and out in only 40 minutes! They did a great job, and the window even came tinted- which I was not expecting. Only four stars due to the fact they don't take Credit Cards (cash or check only), but everything else was top notch. The business also looked a little sketchy when you pull up. I was asked to wait in an office with absolutely no one in it. The technician had a van out front with his logo on it, so maybe they were mobile just moving into a building. Don't let it deter you though, they did great work. If you're looking for a quick, reliable, affordable window repair company- skip looking around and just go with Sotelo's!

Judy & Nick were more informed about the process of getting hit in a parking lot, getting Allstate to cooperate and help getting the rental necessary along with the collision repair on my car. They correctly identified all the areas that needed to be worked on, answered all of my questions ranging from car parts to insurance, we're always prompt, and I was always able to get ahold of them through the phone. Matt and Arsenio went above and beyond with service and their thoroughness. Not only was my car fixed of any debris casualties, little scratches were buffed out on the car, the inside was vacuumed to ensure no debris from the repair was leftover, but they also made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car and when it would be available for pick up. My car had to be in the shop during Hurricane Milton but they took great care of it and Matt was able to schedule parts and pick-up so that I could get my car back as soon as I could. The cherry on top: I asked for quotes without insurance involvement at all 4 body shops and Gerber was still the cheapest. I would highly recommend coming in to see Matt at Gerber Collision & Glass if you need a quote and any repairs done.
