I ended up calling around 5:50 to verify again and was then told that the guy said that he would not be able to come and that he wanted to know what time he could in Saturday. This was very unacceptable as previously stated that I have been in constant communication with them all day, and for them to cancel at the last minute is not great customer service when we had taken off work to meet them.
