Hector returned our call within 1 hour. They came out the next day. We needed cleanup, mulching trimming in the front and back yard. The team did an excellent job. I stumbled upon Hector's Lawn Service and his team upon moving into my house last fall. He and his team were servicing another client's home a couple houses down the road. I happened to walk over and Hector voluntarily followed me back to my house for a free estimate. To top that off, he and his team were able to take care of my yard, front and back same day! That's what you call speedy service. He also let me know I had some drainage concerns on the side of my house and even took a photo of it. I was able to upload that photo and submit it to my builder to get it taken care of with my home warranty. For today's visit, Hector texted me to let me know he was on his way over. Since I was not home during the service, Hector was sure to send me pictures after finishing the job. I requested additional pictures so I could brag to my friends and family about how great he did but didn't realize Hector had already left my house. He happily went back and snapped a few extras with a smile. I've been very pleased with he and his team. I've used his service 3x now and am looking forward to him coming back for additional treatment to keep my yard looking fresh and the best! Yeahhh, my HOA can't fine me now! read more

I called and was able to get same day service. They were at my home less than 2 hours after my initial call. They were very professional and prompt. For $70, I was able to get my lawn mowed, edged, flower bed weeded, bushes trimmed, and branches hauled away. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely call back again. read more

Hector provides an excellent service, that goes beyond simply lawn care and landscape maintenance. He is a great designer, excellent with concrete and hardscape and has an extensive knowledge about plants, pruning everything. He is honest, responsible and a great person, delightful to work with. I contacted Hector's Lawn Service and set up a bi-weekly mow. They were slow to respond and I had to reach out several times to schedule the day. They no showed, no callEd on the scheduled day. After reaching out by text, their response was asking to come the next day because there was traffic. I waited all day for them to show and they no showed, no called again. Hector initially seems to be be good. But over time his mowing of my grass (using a mower without a bag) caused a large layer of dead grass to build up causing multiple areas of my lawn to die. When I asked him to please use a mower with a bag and to rake up the dead grass. He said no problem... then disappeared and never came back. My lawn looks much worse than when he first started taking care of it. I would NOT recommend recommend his services. read more

I called for new service and spoke with Hector. He was very nice and said they would be out tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went with no call from anyone. I texted Hector the next day, and asked when they would be out and he told me "today". Again, no one showed up. By this time I was fed up and texted Hector to forget it, I would find someone else that would actually show up. read more

Needed someone to come out for a same day service and Hector was there in less than an hour! We needed the leaves and debris on our roof blown off and they got the job done quick and efficiently. I highly recommend Hector's Lawn Service. We contacted him about coming to mow and trim our unruly shrubs. He was very prompt in responding and provided us with a very fair quote.
