Looks like it's maybe under new management and the people working there on the desk are absolute muppets. Crap "service" and even worse attitudes. He said that's bird "shit" and you can't get it all off. I rub my finger over quiet hard and away it came. I took the manager out to show him how many smudges, water marks and marks left and that inside was not much better. He started to hand polish, he would of been at it for ages. Told him to leave it. Should of asked for a refund but was to embarrassed but the guy was still going round the car trying to get the water marks off. absolute joke. Took it to the car cleaners in Nutfield. Explained that just had supposedly clean in Redhill. He was very nice and said he would sort the mess and charged me less then he should of, but I made up with a decent tip and left with a spotless car inside and out.

Fantastic! The…read morequeues at this place should give it away really, but in my opinion this is the best car wash in London. Extra bonus for doing motorbikes too. They use hot snow foam on your car and take good care not to scratch it. On bikes they pay attention to each bike and are careful what they do. In my case they didn't use snow foam as they were concerned about some of the metal finish, but the end result was that after being caught out in the rain the day before, my bike that was covered in muck left looking as clean as the day it left the showroom! I will be using them again and again for my bike, and they are conveniently located next to the ace cafe so you can even grab a bite to eat while you wait :)

Like any service business they want to keep the queues as short as possible. Boss man is great and will always check the quality of work. He will also take on board comments. Yes it's not perfect but nothing and no one is. It can't be far off or the Chelsea team wouldn't bring their cars over.
