I did not hire this firm to have uncertified persons doing my taxes but yet this is what was confirmed to me by Terri Dalliare herself! Lost paperwork lost contracts. No billing to show a breakdown of what I was charged for after numerous requests. Volunteer quarterly taxes given to me by the third quarter!
