This visit was no exception, in fact it was next level. Joshua took incredible care of us. My wife needed a full set, and when they didn't have the tires we were quoted, Joshua upgraded us to the next tier of tires at no extra cost, on top of an already generous discount. We had been going to Cox for years with great service. The first issue was my husband dropped off…read morehis car for a check up and they told us he needed tires. He got the tires and we picked our car up after hours. Upon picking the car up the low air tire light was on in the car. We then sent a message through their chat feature on their website because it was a Friday and they aren't open on weekends. We were also leaving town the next day and couldn't come back to get it fixed. I didn't stress it because once again we had great service over the years from Cox. Recently we had my car serviced and they did a full service. We picked the car up after hours and were leaving town the next day. Upon driving the car, the check oil light came on which was crazy to me since it had just been serviced I thought it was an error. There was no one to contact after hours so I sent a message again on their message feature on the site. Due to us leaving town the next day we had to get it taken care of. We noticed oil all over my garage floor so we took it to other places to be serviced that same day. Most places wouldn't service it because it was an error on Cox and they didn't want to be held accountable. One place hesitantly serviced the car and my husband disputed the charge from Cox due to not receiving adequate service. Once they opened and we had a chance to contact them we let the owner Mark know the issue and that we disputed the charge. He seemed understanding and said I apologize, I wish we had a chance to remedy the situation but understood our situation. I notified him that due to our relationship with Cox we didn't want to stop doing business with them, rather just let them know of the circumstance and that it wasn't the first time we've had an issue after being serviced. Once again he seemed understanding. I even volunteered to show him the proof of everything he said it wasn't necessary he's just glad I was able to get it taken care of. Fast forward to weeks later my husband drops his car off to be serviced, just to be called and told they no longer want to do business with us due to us disputing the last charge after the work had been done. I was willing to show proof of everything. I think this is highly unprofessional and to me it shows that they are lacking accountability. We will be taking our business elsewhere which is fine but I hate that we're being painted as liars when truly I have the proof of everything and offered to show it but THEY declined. I have the bills from the other company that corrected the issue that they created. Despite our previous relationship with Cox I wouldn't recommend them due to their lack of accountability and professionalism.

I was able to make my appointments and go about my day with no further issues. The quality of the repair and value for the cost was unmatched. i was treated like a valued customer and I am very appreciative of the service and customer care I received. Called back to try to get some information and rude woman put me on hold in mid sentence. Anyways told them that I was coming back to get vehicle. Wife picked it up and it overheated not a mile from the place. Put antifreeze in the empty reservoir and it's been fine ever since. Just raises suspicions. Will not take a vehicle or tell anyone to go there.

I purchased tires from here and 4 months later got a nail in one. They didn't have an appointment that day but allowed me to drop my car off in case they had an opening. within 5 mins they got it in the back. The warranty that came with the tires allowed me to either get it fixed for free or a $20 deductible in case I needed to replace the tire all together which is still great. I absolutely recommend RNR tires when you need tires. You get a payment plan which is more than reasonable (cause who has money to get 4 new tires in a pinch) and it comes with a very helpful and easy warranty when you need it .

(I was never told that the first time but the second they added things on that they did not inform me about the first time. If I bring inspection paper work complete the inspection so I can get EVERYTHING NEEDED IN ON TRANSACTION. Because of Goodyears mistake I have lost so much money going back and forth getting tires and brakes replaced when they could have told me 2-3 weeks ago. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
