I would give Michael a TEN if I could! I contacted him yesterday around midday and had a project that I needed completed asap. He said he could be here same day and in a few hours. The price was great! Even though he had to come from another job 1 1/2 hours away, got stuck in a traffic jam due to horrible rain, he still showed up. I gave him the option of coming today but he came on anyway knowing that I needed this done. He worked for over two hours doing my repair and I'm sure didn't get home until about 10:00 last night. I had high hopes for this painter, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I initially requested his services, and while he did communicate with me, he canceled on me twice--first citing a plumbing job and then mentioning that his son was battling leukemia. I completely understood and offered compassion, giving him a third chance to reschedule. However, on the third attempt, he didn't show up and didn't even bother to call. It's frustrating when you try to be understanding, but ultimately, professionalism was lacking. I can't recommend this painter based on my experience. read more
