He arrived at my house at 8 am prompt and didn't leave until he was finished which around 5 pm he moved my hot water heater to my garage and although he ran into major issues from the previous builder which was Gray Hawk Homes which they was trash they just threw the homes up any kind of way the water lines all crossed up, but the gentleman fixed it and did an outstanding job I am very very happy. The service man was very nice and polite but why did he charge me 50 dollars to just put a cheap new knob on only and it does the same thing my nice old knob was doing? Nothing was solved. He did get me some hot water but tell me what happened to the cold water......only had hot water. Had to call him back out and he did correct the water but couldn't tell me why he didn't replace the whole knob area just stated that the new cheap knob that I was charged 50 dollars for was going to continue turning all around, no stop point.....well you have to find the stop point because it needed the whole piece replaced. After the same mechanic was sent back out, I asked if the crooked install would have any impact at all and he said, "a crooked valve wouldn't affect the motor" but if you ask anyone else they say it absolutely does. Additionally he said the motor sounded bad the previous visit, but because it "still pumped water through" he ignored it. Left with his friend not being able to do anything except suggest we find our warranty and they'd come back for the install, HOWEVER for a company that was initially called as a SECOND OPINION no work whatsoever immediately needed & now two months later having to deal with more issues every time they leave is tiresome and frustrating. Not to mention this is the first company I've seen come work in these conditions with no shoe-booties, gloves, and dealing with sewage water carrying old dripping parts through the house until I provided him a bag.
