I asked them how much it would cost and he told me what Tom quoted me for and I asked if we can go $150 since the job is so small. Matthew agreed but couldn't do the repair immediately since we needed replacement carpet for the closet. He left and said he would be in contact. A few days went by but I haven't heard from him. I sent him a message for a follow up but never heard from him again. Overall, I felt though the customer service was lacking. This happened over ~2.5 week period.
