The guy they sent out to do the work stopped us in the middle of doing the work and told us he was not comfortable. He told us he did not know what he was doing. We relayed the information back to Liberty foundation and they insisted that he continue. We have been going through months of them telling us they are going to make it right. But that is the complete opposite of what they have done. They have done nothing but give us the runaround. So our only option is to take legal action. Do not use this company. All they do is contract out unskilled laborers.

This company is something else they've been out to re-level our house twice. It is a trailer house…read moreand we have more issues now than we did before and they're saying it's not because of them re-leveling the house. We have a back door that was working perfectly fine before they re-leveled it and now we can't get it open and when we do get it open, you can't close, we have two windows in our dining room room that will not open We have numerous cracks above doorways that we're not there because we just had the sheet rock in the house, redone tape and textured and painted, again it's a trailer house and so down the middle where they joined the half together and they put the trim at the ceiling. It looked brand new after it was sanded and painted now there is nails coming out of it. We have brand new trim on the floor and the ceiling from where the flooring was just installed, and it is popping off the walls in several places. But they say it's not their problem. It's a flooring issue flooring issue did not cause the back door not to work as design Flooring issue did not cause cracks above our doorways in several places Flooring issues did not cause our windows not to open I have already made a call to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint, waiting for them to email me the proper forms to fill out

I have tried for over a year to get this company to honor their contract. There were supposed to be…read more25 concrete piers installed. NO PIERS WERE INSTALLED. It was supposed to be excavated to have 18 inches of crawlspace. Some sections weren't excavated at all, while the most crawlspace anywhere is 14 inches. Many areas are less that 9 inches! My AC drainage lines were covered with dirt, causing the water to backup in my house, ruining my carpet. Mr. Lopez came out twice to look at the AC line and promised to return to fix it. Never happened. The rotten and mildewed wood was supposed to be removed. They just nailed along side it. The jacked it up in places. leaving jacks sitting to hold up the floor. Since the drainage system was covered in clay instead of sand, the water doesn't drain away from the house. The dirt excavated was left out side the house. It was loose filled around two sides of the house, so when it rained, it became a low spot and soon I had a river under my house. When I asked him to come fix the drainage, he said he needed another $6000 to put in another sump pump. I showed him how the pump he had already put in wasn't getting any water from around the house. The outflow pipe was dry even after running the water house on that side of the house for over an hour. BBB didn't help at all. I talked to an attorney and he said he couldn't find any property owned by Lopez Foundation Repair LLC, so it would be a waste of time and money to sue him.

I called East Texas Slab Masters to help me stop the patio drift. Someone came by (I forget his name) and offered me an estimate. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. He also offered to put some mortar or caulk (I forget exactly what) into the bricks on the side of my garage. It took over a week, but I suspect that had more to do with how busy contractors everywhere are in this area. I came back, and it was fixed, and that is one big headache solved. For the services rendered, I believe the price was quite reasonable. Would recommend to anyone who needs honest service on the most important part of their house; the foundation.

Stephen Jonas came out and inspected and evaluated the problem, told me what would be necessary to correct it, and provided a very reasonable quote. His crew showed up on time when they said they would, and got started on the repair. Total professionals, hard working individuals who showed concern for the property while leveling the structure. They made sure that the windows did not break, and that the doors closed properly when they raised the side of the room that needed leveling. The materials they used were top notch. Stephen even said to call him in 6 months even if there were no problems just to make sure everything was still good. No charge for that service. The room was rock solid and level throughout when they had finished.
