The history and architecture of the property is beyond comparison to anything else. But the stay experience falls short after that. The problem with this property is the management. The entire staff is friendly and appears to want to provide you with good service but they've never been trained on how to do their job. From housekeeping, to service at the bar and restaurant, to simple upkeep of linens and the general property, this property should be a five star but it's a two star at best. Stay at any of the other travel hotels. You'll be much more satisfied. You'll get what you expect. This is a property in the Marriott Signature line that does not live up to what you expect from this brand. We will not return to this hotel. We have shared our frustration many time with the management over the years.

She checked me in right away and gave me a room on the second floor. The first thing I noticed when walking in was there was a smell of maple syrup in the air, and it was throughout the room. After a while I didn't notice the smell anymore, but when I left for dinner and came back, I smelled it again. It wasn't offensive, just weird. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was also clean, but didn't have any shampoo or conditioner, only (2) bars of soap, (2) make-up removers and lotion. This room has an in-room coffee maker and was stocked with coffees and teas and all the things you need in the morning. Overall, this is a nice hotel, and I would stay here again.

They did ask a lot of questions that I feel like should have been on the reservation already but everything worked out fine. We were able to park right out front and check in, and get to our room. The lobby was nice with multiple seating areas & a kitchenette area where they serve breakfast. The rooms were pretty standard. I do feel like the bathroom could have cleaner there was hair on the counter and the shower didn't look the cleanest. It was fine for a quick sleep but definitely couldn't stay longer than a day or so. They did a decent breakfast spread. I personally decided not to partake as I had other options but nice for guest.

Yeah and also about action cab company is that this on dispatcher up there and her name is Kristine she had called Sioux land taxi a few days ago and had them come pick at action cab company and take her to the hospital and left action cab company without a dispatcher that night and then this guy name Jim he's another person who works at action cab company and he's homeless and sleep's in his car and get drunk every night even when he's working when he's dispatching I definitely wouldn't call action cab company. I would call Sioux land taxi company or taxi Express if anyone needs a cab read more

Despite the small size, the single security line took a lot longer than expected. There was 4 people before me but i felt it took at least 10-15 minutes before i got through. There's only 2 gates. If two flights are boarding around the same time, make sure you are in the right line. People were just standing around and blocked the way to the gate or looked like they were in line but weren't. This is probably because the area after security was too small or the setup of the layout. Otherwise the airport was clean with one shop offering coffee, snacks, and merchandise. Overall the airport is not too exciting but not stressful either.
