Never had an issue other than fakes making fake reveiws out if spite. Where are all the real reviews

We had scheduled a pickup a couple weeks in advance. They failed to show up. We called and still wanted them to come and pick us up. By the time they finally got there it was too late for us to get to where we wanted to go. They are refusing to credit our charge card. The owner kept wanting to tell me what HIS problem was with the situation when the problem was ours, missing an event we had been planning to attend for months and then not even being credited. I wish I could give LESS than one star, because they do not even deserve that much. I called them at 8:00am to order a 10:30 pickup. At 10:30, no one showed so I called and dispatcher said they were just around the corner. Five minutes later...no one. I called again and dispatcher said driver took a wrong turn but was close. Another five minutes...still no car. I called again and verified dispatcher had the correct address and that was fine. She was going to try to find out where driver was. Called again at 10:50...still no car and dispatcher said the driver was waiting outside, which I assured her was a complete lie as I was standing outside. We then discovered that while I was at an address on a street called "Four Seasons Drive", the driver just decided to pick one of two Four Seasons businesses (either the gym or the restaurant...not sure if he just flipped a coin to pick one or what) instead of going to the ADDRESS. So needless to say he was on the opposite side of town and between the dispatcher and the driver, they seemed incapable of communicating effectively with each other and also not capable of just plugging in an actual address into GPS and going there. Needless to say, I immediately called Taxi Xpress and they were there in less than 10 minutes. That's how it's supposed to work! read more
