I called on September 3rd for an estimate on a windshield replacement. The man I talked to took my…read moreinformation and quoted me a price plus an estimate on when it would arrive. I decided to call some other places for estimates first, but I decided to go with this business so I called him back within a few minutes. He told me the windshield would arrive in 2 business days which was perfect since I couldn't get it installed this week. We set the appointment for this Thursday, September 9th, with a drop-off any time after 8am. This morning I arrived at 10am. I went in and waited for about 5 minutes before a man saw me. I told him I was there for my windshield replacement appointment. He asked for my car info, I told him, and he went into the repair shop area to check. He came back into the reception area and said they didn't have the part. Seriously. I told him my name and when I called for the appointment. He had absolutely no record of not only my call, but my order and appointment. Honestly, he made me feel like I was mistaken about the entire TWO calls and my order! I started doubting that I had even gone to the right place. Not cool, especially after the day I had already. I ended up going to the other glass repair shop and checking to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I felt like a total fool, all because whomever I talked to on the 3rd clearly didn't do their job. To sum up, I made an order and appointment a week ago, traveled 20 minutes out of my way to the appointment after a very rough morning, only to a business with absolutely no record of my order and appointment. I don't care if their quote was the best I received; they won't be getting my business. I think I'd rather drive 2 HOURS out of my way than to go back to this place.
