I bought it six years ago it's made about five trips to Daytona Florida bike week and I haul square bales of hay with it every year, " Never had one issue with it"!!! I have only replaced the tires and packed the bearings. I was in the market for an aluminum enclosed bike trailer, The manger Carol Fox and the new owner (Don's daughter Shannon) went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted and made me a great deal on that new enclosed trailer. No high pressure sales and they both made me fill at home every time I stop in. I just recently bought a new live stock trailer from them. I got the same great service as the first two times. I am not the easiest customer to satisfy, I am very picky about specific color and options, but they always come through for me. This last trailer they were about $300 more expensive than some of their competition, but I am willing to spend the extra $300 for better quality and service. One of the only few companies left out there where they still do business with a firm hand shake and personal guarantee..
