On four separate occasions, I have had Jam Auto Repair and the mechanics there solved and fixed…read moreproblems that were ignored by the local auto dealer who will remain unnamed. The first incident was a leakage from the radiator area, that was ignored at the dealership. It eventually grew to be a larger leak and by adding coolant I was able to drive my 2014 Town and Country front-wheel drive van with 150,000 miles less than 10 miles to the Jam Auto Repair shop. They found the leak after some routine pressurization tests and replaced the heater by pass tubing connector. The second incident is when Jeremy advised me that my rear brake calibers pads were worn to the point that further wear would damage the rotors - an expensive repair. The dealer had merely noted that the rear rotors had some rust! The third incident occurred on the road when the radiator expelled all the coolant a few miles from my home. In that case, I had the car towed to Jam Auto Repair. It turned out to be a loose radiator hose and the only folks up until that point that ever worked on that van were the auto dealer where I bought it! Needless to say, the van will always be repaired by Jeremy and his fellow mechanics in the future!

We were in contact for a week with constant back and fourth proof of everything I asked for (being a car enthusiast I know what to ask for to not get the run around) and everything seemed in amazing shape no thefts no engine problems nothing and Josh seemed sincere so I didn't think to pull a car fax. COMPLETELY MY FAULT. But when I get there after a 4 hour drive this imbecile must've thought he got one over on me because as soon as I test drove it, you guessed it the engine had a knock. So I ran a car fax because if you can lie about a knock you can lie about anything right? The car was stollen (josh said it was another challenger on the lot) as well as many others. So if your in the market for a car go anywhere else and if there's no where else, walk because these people could care less what happens to you OR YOUR CAR the second you're off the lot. God bless

Chris the manager is fantastic and worked hard to get my financing approved with Chrysler Capital. I already finance four vehicles (three with other lenders) -- Chrysler Cap was a little shaky about me financing a fifth and wanted me to trade in a vehicle. But Chris got them to approve the financing with no trade and I am very appreciative. Service above and beyond. UPDATE (1/25/23): Picked up my new Scat Pack on my birthday, January 21st, and things went very smoothly. Chris even gave me a birthday present I did NOT expect, and it was very generous. The tires are top of the line, ride better than the older ones and she also called to tell me my car was due for an oil change. All of this was handled by the time I picked it up the next day! Tried to sell me 20 lugnuts I didn't need. Said they were all swelled, that they were 19mm and…read moresocket no longer fit. The lugnuts on the car are actually 3/4", which is larger than 19mm. Any mechanic would know this. 2nd problem was he told me I needed a rear alignment causing tire wear. After aligning found that the tie rod ends were wore out. Wanted to charge me for a second alignment after parts were replaced. Any good mechanic would have checked for worn suspension parts before aligning.
