I am on my third trailer that I have purchased from Mr. Trailer Sales. It's a family owned and operated business. I purchased the first utility trailer from the father Don. I bought it six years ago it's made about five trips to Daytona Florida bike week and I haul square bales of hay with it every year, " Never had one issue with it"!!! I have only replaced the tires and packed the bearings. I was in the market for an aluminum enclosed bike trailer, The manger Carol Fox and the new owner (Don's daughter Shannon) went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted and made me a great deal on that new enclosed trailer. No high pressure sales and they both made me fill at home every time I stop in. I just recently bought a new live stock trailer from them. I got the same great service as the first two times. I am not the easiest customer to satisfy, I am very picky about specific color and options, but they always come through for me. This last trailer they were about $300 more expensive than some of their competition, but I am willing to spend the extra $300 for better quality and service. One of the only few companies left out there where they still do business with a firm hand shake and personal guarantee.. The tongue on our Travel trailer was bent Mr Trailer guy came out to look at it 40 min away from shop to take pictures for an est. Took it in and they squeezed it in and had it fixed within 5 days and we are back on the road. Actual price came out just a little bit over the est but the did such a wonderful job we couldn't be happier! read more

We had a trailer made and spent $10,000 on it. It has been the biggest piece of junk I've ever owned. The hinges rusted off within a couple months of us getting it and we had to fight with them to fix it. The side door was falling off because it was made completely out of styrofoam. We've had to redo the brakes, brake lines, wiring harness, hub bearings, the inside lights never worked from the start, among other things. The garage we took it to for repairs informed us that whoever built the trailer used the cheapest junkiest China made parts you can get. We've owned the trailer for about 5 years now. They will never get my service again. read more
