My person was a bit too rough when it came to the foot scraping but she did a good job on my cuticles. My friend was not super impressed with the nail cutting and redid it a bit once we got home. They do give you a sugar scrub and foot massage with your pedi and the price isn't bad - on Sunday's the combo is $40. On a regular day a pedi is $30, a mani is $20 or a mani/pedi is $45. Overall it was a decent experience. I wouldn't mind going back if I'm in the area.

No nipping of cuticles. No mask. Microdermabrasion was advertised, but a file was used and a scrub. For the price advertised , you should be having the service as advertised. Also , I don't think insulting a client is particularly professional. I wouldn't recommend this place for nails. Maybe they have better other services. I don't know. But I won't return or ever recommend. I actually have to soak the shellac off with acetone and re- do it. It's that bad.

After a number of written letters back and forth with the CEO/Director (Andrea), which at times were acrmonious, I believe a mutual respect was established. I found her to remain loyal to her staff while trying to satisfy the client. In the process of defending her business and supporting staff she she remained professional and respectful when addressing my all my complaints with the consultation. Much appreciated! .
