She removed my previous shellac using lots of rubbing alcohol using the metal wrap. Again she did not wear gloves for my appointment. She double booked my appointment with a client. She interrupted my service and served the other client. I wasn't expecting my appointment to be interrupted. I changed my future appointment with a different technician with a more experience.
