It needed to have all the roofing facia, soffit and trim moldings around all the door and windows replaced. The roof needed to be replaced also. The header for the garage door was severely bowed. The house had been added on to twice, additional living space and a larger than normal two car garage. There was no vapor barrier on the garage with Masonite siding that was falling apart. Add on included a sliding glass door to the patio and two new front storm doors. I have gotten a lot of comments about how good the place looks. I have had people ask me if I fixed it up to sell. NO. not for sale. All the work was completed in a space of two weeks time. If you need work done call John.
