Good communication, reliable, on time. I had an early morning flight out of SLC airport, and in the past, Lyft and Uber scheduling doesn't work all the time. I wanted a reliable service and found this on Yelp. I texted the company, got a quote, called to verify. The driver was on time in a clean mini van, with lots of room for luggage and drove me to the airport safely. He texted upon arrival and sent a pic of the van. Cannot recommend highly enough. Just took their service from downtown SLC to Park City. Family of 4 with TONS of luggage & gear. No problem. Fantastic communication via email & text. Accommodating to the max- they allowed a stop at a grocery store to pick up a CurbSide order (with only 24 hour notice), and we FORGOT our ski jackets in the closet at the hotel in SLC. Driver was so understanding. Said he was going back and forth 5 more times between SLC & Park City and would pick up the coats & bring them to us. Unbelievably kind & great service. We highly recommend this company for any transportation need, they're very efficient and puntual.

I requested a shuttle to pick us up at 4.00am in order to catch a 6.00am flight. We are 30 minutes from the airport. We did not get a confirmation text but I called to confirm and was told a driver would be there on the day we requested. At 4.00 am there was no car to take us and no message to say where they were. I called three times and left a message as there were no real people manning the phones. Eventually I was able to locate a Lyft driver who picked us up at 4.45 and delivered us to the airport by 5.15. Unfortunately there was still no time for us to check our bags and make the long trek to the gate. Our driver was delightful and tried very hard in bad weather to deliver us in time. We were eventually booked on the same flight the following day but decided to stay in a hotel near the airport otherwise the cost of a shuttle/cab would have been more than the hotel room. This company cost us 24 hours off of our vacation and a couple of hundred dollars in hotel fees! There has been no apology, in fact there has been no communication at all!!! Shame on you AAAlatinotaxis I have no idea where you got a four star rating. read more

Well, one of the reasons you call a taxi is to get from A to B safely and for the taxi to be on time... My driver forgot about me, was 15 minutes late although the ride was good. I missed the bus last minute as I was walking to its stop, and decided to call for a cab instead. I walked to the corner, called, and told the operator the cross roads. He asked if it was a house or apartment, I explained I was already outside just on the corner. He replied by telling me that he needed a better address than that, and that he could not send a cab to a corner, then proceeded to hang up on me, and ignored any calls I made back to them. They immediately called back, confirmed the details and even sent a text to confirm that we were all set. I worried with it being so far in advance but I trusted them based on the YELP! reviews. 1 week before our trip, I received another text from AAA that they were looking forward to the trip. And the day of, a text in the morning asking us to text once we land. We texted and received information on what door to meet the driver at. After a short wait, we were on our way to Sandy, UT to pick up a rental car :) The cost of the transportation from SLC to Sandy was less than expected and it saved us over $300 in airport rental fees!!! We used AAA Latino Transportation to get our family of four to Park City from the airport at 11pm on a Friday night and back to the airport at 4am on a Tuesday morning. Ricardo was great at communicating and waited while we retrieved our luggage after landing. He confirmed our pickup early Tuesday morning and arrived 10 minutes early to take us back to the airport. It was so nice not stress about whether our ride would be coming to pick us up at such an early hour. He also was able to arrange transportation to the airport for some friends who needed to get back to the airport at 4am too. Amazing service!!!! I texted Ricardo a couple of days before I arrived in SLC. I was flying in and then meeting my 87-year-old mother. I wanted a service that was reliable and wasn't a speed demon with my mom in the car. Once I got in, I discovered my mom had missed her plane - she was delayed twice. I kept Ricardo informed via text - and he was so great. Watching her flight number and sending me encouraging texts. She got in and she was frazzled - it was such a blessing to have him waiting for us. He was so kind and helpful. My husband is out in UT for work and he somehow got dropped off at his uncle's house but needed a ride home. It was 4am my time in Cali (5am in UT) and he couldn't find anyone to pick him up. We learned the night before our flight that we did not have a ride to the airport. We searched reviews very fast and luckily found AAA Latino Transportation. Reviews of some companies that had people stranded with no taxi and with no way to their flight!! We were worried. We called and got immediate text confirmation of the taxi for the next morning, and an extremely competent and courteous driver showed up 15 minutes early, to an address 15 miles out of the city center.
