I called and showed them my homeowners insurance policy that covers items stored in a self-storage unit. She agreed to issue a $12 credit towards the next month's rent. When I paid online, the credit was not applied. I went back and showed the lady me rental invoice the still had another $12 due, PLUS now a convivence fee to pay online. I protested again. Today I got a rate increase in the mail. My $70 unit's rent up from $70 to $163, an increase of 132.86%. Steer clear of CubeSmart.
