This place has 10 acres of stuff NEW and USED. Thats right 10. IT IS HUGE! They have everything you need to stock your home kitchen or restaurant. If you have one of those. The staff here used to be very knowledgeable but it seems like they have had some turnover recently and many of the new ones are still learning. Don't get me wrong their are a few "Old Pros" around if you have questions about anything. You could get lost in this place if you do not pay attention. They have everything you could think of and more in both new and used condition. Apparently many restaurants fail in their first year because you need lots of $$$$ to operate this kind of business. Especially in this extremely competitive food city like Vegas where there is nearly 20,000 places to eat. Go here to find a deal like any other great opportunist would. Long story but worth the read if you don't want to get ripped off and ignored. I rented equipment from this company from Juan. I was a vendor at foodie fest this year (first event ever). They were supposed to set up the equipment Thursday September 23 because we have to cook and keep other things cool. Well they didn't set up until September 24th. The fridge, flat grill and cool table/fridge didn't work. The temperature on the fridges read 30-41 f but when the health department came by they said the fridges were much warmer and we had to throw away food (I have pictures and statements from the health district). Juan informed us we'd get new equipment. He brought us two more fridges that would not cool below 50f so we had to go home and bring OUR OWN FREEZERS that I could turn up to 41f. The equipment took turns failing on us. We couldn't sell anything but drinks for the most part that first day. Juan came by with his workers and as he said he "rigged the flat grill" so it was no longer an electric grill but could be used as a gas grill only. Day 2 they had to bring us another new fridge closer to the end of the day. It still didn't work. I bought over 400lbs of ice to keep drinks cool and some food items (salsas, cilantro, veggies) that I couldn't fit into my freezer. Juan blamed it on the power. We had the event electrician come out and check the power multiple times. It was not the power. He then blamed it on the sun. My personal freezer kept its temperature the entire weekend and it was not under the tent or in the shade like the rental equipment was. We were supposed to get our gas checked and refilled once during the weekend. when we texted Juan about a refill he didn't respond so we called him and he didn't answer. The gas tanks could not be turned off or on without using a wrench. I called the owner Steve multiple times to get a refund or something and he keeps ignoring me or saying he needs to speak to Juan about it but never gets back to me. The owner of Foodiefest even tried to reach out to him multiple times and he can't be bothered. I lost an estimate around $5,400 on the first day alone. I was told by Juan multiple times that they were going to make things right and fix this but they didn't and now I have to take matters into my own hands and possibly take them to court. Please do not rent from these people they have no honor or respect they just want to make money don't care about who they screw over! read more

I am certainly not a chef, but I can definitely appreciate a place with endless supplies should I ever decide to venture into a culinary frenzy. I stopped here to pick up some very specific supplies for my fiance. If I didn't work relatively close, I probably would have avoided stopping by, however, a 15 minute drive was worth the travel. I walked in and admit that I was a bit overwhelmed. When I said endless supplies, I meant endless! This place has everything from huge restaurant grade machines to serving plate-ware to small utensils and baking supplies (my personal favorite). Due to my limited time I walked straight up to the front counter to seek assistance instead of sifting through the tons and tons and tons of supplies. The staff members were incredibly friendly as they walked me directly to what I needed. They didn't have the correct amount out on the floor so they quickly ran to their inventory bank to check to see if they had any more available for me. Although they weren't able to provide the exact size and quantity I was in need of, they had several alternative options that made everything work out perfectly. I was so thankful for the staff's help! I will warn you that there didn't appear to be any clear markings as to where you could find what in which area, thus I would encourage you to ask one of their awesome staff members to point you in the right direction. Also, be sure to check in...they offered a 10% off check-in offer when I was there! If I had a bit more time I would have liked to browse a bit more just for fun. ; ) read more

Sold me a BROKEN open sign today. The chain to turn it on was wrapped many times around tightly, which seemed odd, but I trusted the company because when they turned it on at the store and it worked. They made a big to-do about how there was no refunds on neon signs. Also they wouldn't write a receipt for me unless I paid tax on it. VERY SHADY. BUYER BEWARE. 2 months ago I purchased a refurbished refrigerator from AAA per a recommendation from another industry professional. For whatever reason, I have been cursed when it comes to buying commercial refrigerators. Being my 4th attempt, I called AAA and spoke with Leo. At the time, Leo was super accommodating and assured me we'd find something for me. I went in that same afternoon, June 29th, and purchased a fridge. I was really happy with my experience, at first. I was told the refurb process would take 2-3 weeks due to lack of staffing. I completely understood and waited patiently for an update. Close to the 2 week mark, I called to get a status update. I was told it would be a few more days. No problem. I finally got the call that the fridge was ready on or just after the 3 week mark. Well, that it was mostly ready. It was a Friday afternoon and I was told that while they could deliver the fridge, it still needed a gasket for one of the doors but that it wasn't in yet. My option was to accept the fridge that day and they'd send someone out Monday to install the gasket, or to just wait until Monday for it to be totally ready. I decided to have the fridge delivered on Friday because I really needed the extra space for my orders that weekend. I understood that I'd have to deal with the lack of gasket and managed to tape up the one door temporarily (or so I thought). Leo came out I think that Sunday to install the gasket, so one day earlier than I expected. Great. What wasn't great is that the install wasn't exactly his area of expertise and therefore left me with trying to figure it out on my own. For the last 5-6 weeks I have been told "we'll send someone out Monday or Tuesday". "I'll send someone out tomorrow". Only one of those times did someone actually show up and once again, it was a waste of time. I pointed out exactly what the issue was with the door (it simply doesn't clear the frame and therefore, no matter if there is a gasket or not, the door isn't going to shut unless it is lifted about an inch). The man who last came out, maybe 3-4 weeks ago, claimed he understood what I was talking about, yet it was clear he hadn't a clue. He assured me he'd call the manufacturer the following day and follow up with me in the afternoon. No surprise, I did not receive a call. I once again called Leo to get an update, was told someone would come out, no one did, repeat, repeat, repeat. Fast forward to this last Saturday when I got a call from Chris who asked if he could come out that day. Being a one-woman show and being swamped with deliveries that day, it wasn't going to work. So, we agreed on 10am Monday instead. 10am came and went, Chris was a no-call, no-show. I finally got a call in the afternoon saying he'd be there after 4:30pm. I got a call around 3:30 that saying he couldn't come out because he "got in trouble for making his own schedule". Once again, we rescheduled for 7am the next day (now today) and again, this company disappointed me. I AGAIN rearranged my schedule today to accommodate Chris's arrival. Shame on me. I finally got a call at 9:45 asking if I was home. No, I wasn't, because he was supposed to be there almost 3 hours prior. When I mentioned this, Chris said "Yeah, I know. I wasn't feeling well today.". That sucks and I am sorry he wasn't feeling well, but if I was a no-call, no-show to a cake delivery, I'd be fired. You pick up the phone, you shoot a text, anything, to say you are (once again) unable to make it. I made another mistake with this company, trading them a commercial oven for a laughable $200 credit that I will now never use because this company is an absolute JOKE. So now I've lost out on 3 accounts - a shit fridge, an oven that worked but that I was unable to use at this time, and a $200 credit. In the beginning, Leo appeared empathic with my shitty luck trying to get a fridge. He assured me the owners were great people and that AAA would be my answer. None of this was true. I am so deeply disappointed in AAA and would never use nor recommend them to anyone. EDITED TO ADD: After I wrote this review, I got a call from one of the owners, Steve, the following day. They sent Chris out the following day to fix the issue. He did a great job. I wish it hadn't taken so long, but they did eventually make it right. read more

Good luck doing business here. I have tried about a dozen times to buy used equipment from them. Wanted to by 35 used banquet tables today. The lady there was great at getting back to me but they the "boss" wanted to charge twice the price of what you can buy them new for. This seems to be the way they do business. Looking for people that are not smart enough to find out what prices really are and hoping to make a killing. They have a big selection but don't ever go there without knowing the true market price of the items you want. Sorry, but won't be trying again. Last time our company will be using AAA Bar Supply, We purchased a reach in freezer, the unit was suppose to be a refurbished unit. After getting it to the customer we realize they spray painted the inside and outside of the freezer, the seal was stuck to the door and had to be opened with force. It reeked of the spray paint. Then to top it off the compressor had missing bolts to secure the feet and it has a suction line kink. The customer was horrified and purchased a new freezer. I called and spoke with owner Larry Schwartz who was less then helpful. I asked even if we paid a restock fee or something similar could we refund? Larry told me under no circumstances would they do a refund, although they state on their website they are all about customer service and will take refunds if approved by them, but be careful because that's obviously not the case.
