The customer service at this location is unbelievably poor. You need a rating of zero stars. My wife and I had an appointment with an agent gina on 1/22/26. We show up on time, and their internet service is down. Okay we're good sports, so we sign up for a membership for $19.90. The agent is trying to show us this trip itinerary by scrolling through it on her cell phone. Complete garbage. My wife had questions and gina was supposed to reply via email. Replied late, didn't answer questions and was basically worthless. I go to the location the following week and a explain to tiffani that we want a refund for our membership due to the poor service. She says okay let me take your contact information, and I'll have my manager reach out to you. Gave her cell #, email - got not communication. After 5 days I call the office- Tiffani not in. Okay, 2/4/26, my second visit to the office 7 days after initial contact with tiffany. Speak to matt about the situation, matt searches computer 30 minutes, finally prints a cancellation of membership- says I should have refund in 3-4 days, which of course was complete BS. Okay fast forward to 2/13 my wife calls their office on the phone for 30 minutes as matt and tiffany play games - matt said a manager is looking into it after 6 minutes, my wife asked matt who is the manager- 12 minutes on hold sent her to voicemail, then matt said a manager would call back soon. Zero! I get home from work go up to the aaa office. There they are tiffany and Matt. I asked them when will receive our refund. Oh, it was a special deal we don't know if you will. Then tiffany starts to argue with me. Listen to me, do not use this office they are lairs and thieves. I can't believe this rip-off; office is still open. Buyer beware. What a horrible company. I have been a member for 5 years and never used the service. Received a letter offering to add a family member, so I added my spouse, then I find out the added another $68 to my annual membership fee of $117. So I tried to cancel, was on hold for an hour getting passed from one person to anther then after then was disconnected. Now I am told you cannot cancel and your contract must run out. Worst insurance ever!! If there were a half-star, I would give it to them. After I canceled my auto insurance with them, I discovered they were charging me a $5 service fee a month to pay my premium. They insisted I had to use auto-pay to pay my insurance when I started with them. The agent said it was policy. I started with my regular 6-month payments. The premiums went up so high that I had to change to monthly payments. Again, never knowing I was paying a service for the auto-pay. When I asked them about the fee, they insisted I was told about it. No, I was not. I don't pay service fees for anything, ever. Again, I never knew I was paying a service for the auto-pay. I had a flat tire and called AAA, but you have to use their app. The app asked me to enter what I needed but it would not accept the number (1) from my android cell phone, Samsung 20 (Tried 3 times!). Since I was home I used my cell and laptop to get through. (Landline does not work!) FYI, They no longer fix tires. The driver showed up promptly. He told he could only tow my car 5 miles and it would be $40 to go 10 miles. He reluctantly put the spare on and left my tire behind my care. He then drove off not saying a word.. This morning Monday at 11:00 10/19/23, I tried to speak with someone at AAA and you can not get someone on the phone. I tried register a complaint and they force you to enter a zip code and when I did it say AAA does not offer service here..... It has been some time since I contacted them. On my card it says Loyal Member for 26 years, I don't seem to get the simple service I got 26 years ago! & I don't want their Life Insurance, Cruises etc. I want them to fix my car when it brakes down... read more

I have been a member of AAA since 2000. Always had great service from them until last year. I was in St. Pete and my F150 broke down. Put in a call to AAA to tow it to my mechanic. I had the long-distance tow in my package. Two days after numerous calls and disappointments, we finally got a tow. Sadly, they would call and say they would be there and either cancel or not show up. We saw tow trucks by the dozens go by(we needed a flatbed) but according to AAA, there were none in our area. Finally, the tow driver that came was from Port Charlotte(he brought a car up) and was the nicest man - said he was never called until we threatened AAA. Just a few days ago, we had a tire blowout on !75 - luckily for us, we were next to an exit and pulled into a gas station. Used the app and notified AAA that we needed a tire change. 20 minutes later a AAA van pulls up. The guy got out and looked at the truck and got a look on his face - was not enthused about servicing our truck, Spent a few minutes trying to remove the lug nuts - said he couldn't do it. Said he would put in a request for a tow to a nearby Tire Kingdom. He did not put a request in. We finally contacted AAA again, a tow truck came, we were taken to Tire Kindom(they were closing), and the wonderful manager had his technician change our tire in less than 5 minutes. AAA cost us 4 hours of time and a missed day out with our new granddaughter. I am seriously thinking of canceling AAA and telling all my friends and family to stay away from them. I didn't know that AAA offices are not all the same. I called the MA # to get theme ticket prices for our trip to Florida and was quoted $99.70 to go to Sea World and Busch Gardens. Then I got the prices from AAA in Florida and was quoted $77.95 for the same tickets. Wow! Well after cruising around I decided I'd wait and get them in FL. The people in the office were very pleasant and helpful. We got the maps, ticket, meal deals all at a discount with our AAA membership #. I'll remember next time to call the local offices and not just the toll free numbers here in MA. read more

I called to have my ford c-max towed because it had no power. I was going to have it towed to the Ford dealership. Instead of sending out a tow truck AAA sent out a locksmith? I really did not understand that one. Then the tow truck driver they did send, did not know how to get my car in neutral since it was a hybrid I had to wait another day to have my car towed 2 Ford. I've got to say AAA is not what it used to be. I purchased AAA Plus for my family, four vehicles $194 a year. Since August, we have used the service three times. Each average wait time for a tow vehicle was 5 plus hours. Each time when we called the complain, we got a bunch of excuses that no one is picking up the calls. Come to find out after talking to some tow truck drivers, AAA pays them so little, they take any call before AAA.I asked for partial refund, the manager I was talking to laughed in my face on the phone. He told me he would be happy to cancel my service, but since we used it there would be no refund. Total crock! if AAA had the only tow truck on the planet I'd build a tow truck out of Lego blocks to get my car where it needed to go... Needless to say I will not be renewing! read more

Call your own Tow truck! they did not show up! it was a priority call as i was blocking traffic, call stalled in downpour, would not start. cops pushed it and waited, they never showed up, I had to Uber home, they towed it sometime next morning, they only tow it 5 miles, never use them they do not not never show up!! read more

Our battery died on Monday morning. AAA Bradenton sent their technician in less than an hour to replace our battery. The service vendor was Sam's Auto. The AAA tech was fast, kind, knowledgable, and the cost was very reasonable - much less than dealer would have been. Thank you so much. We love AAA. read more
