Huge fan of coming here however, there is one complaint that I feel needs to be brought up between employees. I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up.

I don't understand I was home all day then they wanted me to leave a date for second delivery also leave a check in amount of $5.11 postage due. Again don't understand postage was paid when it was mailed from Ga. IT was a small envelope. I checked mailbox again 2 days later my check was gone so was the notice now there is a second notice same story leave date for delivery plus check in amount $5.16. I went straight out to the post office for second time first time they couldn't find package but would ask postman where it is and let me know. No response after the second notice in my mailbox I drove out to post office again not happy at all considering it was mailed from Ga. 12/22/25. Supervisor was requested by clerk she found my mail which said postage due$5.16 I said I would not pay again as it had been paid from original mailing from Ga. I left a check in my box as requested. There is noway an envelope cost almost $15.00 to be regular mail. Very poor service and communication.
