What a nightmare! This AAA location is operated by the most unaccountable, "pass the buck", "I don't care" type of staff I have ever encountered. Absolutely not the type of AAA customer service I remember. One their agents mishandled one of our policies that created a negative domino affect and not one of them were able to accurately assist nor solve the issue that was created. Not to mention, the agent that set up the policy apparently left AAA two days after setting up our policies. Not once in the hour that I sat in his office with him did he mention his planned relocation. Convenient for him that the problem that began with him, he no longer has to deal with. I don't know if this is just AAA as a whole now or if this incident and the way it was mishandled is specific to this location and staff. This horrible experience left me deciding to end our just shy of 30 years membership and doubting if I'll give AAA another try. Yes, it was that horrible. read more

I have been a member for twelve years thinking I'd keep my family safe on the road if they broke down somewhere. Never had to use it until recently and my daughter called because she locked her keys in her car in Chattanooga, so not somewhere inconvenient. After telling her for 8 hours they were looking for someone to respond they cancelled the call without notifying her. She called in at 4:00PM and at 12:40 AM they cancelled the call. Thankfully she wasn't sitting on the side of the road, but at a friend's house. Regardless, I have now wasted 12 years paying them as an insurance policy for my family's safety and turns out they are useless. The comment was that they only make a best effort and if their vendors don't respond there is nothing they can do. Not much of an insurance policy. I asked for my membership fees back and they laughed. read more

So I've had battery issues for the last two days and I thought maybe I just got some water on my battery as I was going through the car wash. I called AAA from the car wash phone, they came out jumped it last night and they did this morning and they were fast, super friendly and efficient great job AAA!!!!! So apparently, Acura roadside subs to AAA. Okay, fine. But not fine when you are 3 hours from home, sitting on the side of Interstate 59 with a flat from 9:30-11:57PM...... with 4 children. Called Acura Roadside immediately. AAA then called 2 times and said "they hadn't forgotten about me" they were still working to find a tow. An hour and 45 minutes after the call was placed, AAA called back and said they couldn't find a tow truck servicer, stay safe and call 911. Really? We were 30 minutes from Chattanooga! Thank goodness for a wonderful highway patrolman who helped us find a tow company that was there within 30 minutes. I know AAA doesn't cost much, but the ONLY benefit I have gotten out of it was the freaking Hilton discount. read more

I have AAA and have gone to this office a time or two. I've used it for getting insurance quotes, for paying my AAA dues and for checking out travel options. It's a big office and everyone is very nice. As a side note, I use my AAA card for discounts on hotels and even at some retail places. It's a nice feature. I've also had to call AAA for roadside assistance and they have saved me several times. I highly suggest people get a AAA membership, it's highly worth it. read more

I used this office many years ago for my first family cruise then used them again for a recent cruise. Karmen Junemann was most helpful with making all of my reservations for all 6 of us. I had several questions before the cruise that she answered. Two days before our cruise we had an issue arise that she handled for us. When we take our next one she will be my first contact! read more

I have had AAA Membership since 2006 as well as for my two sons and granddaughter. My beef is that one month before renewal my bank account was drafted unauthorized by me for the premium and because of this there were changes to be made. The draft was on the 7th of May and I went to their office on May 11th to have this corrected and change the memberships. They were kind enough to give me a print out for the credit but three weeks later have not received the actual credit. They have used my money for this time and I'm quite upset about it. I need the money and have called at least three times and have been given different answers each time. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more
