Best money I ever spent! Had it for two years, and just used for the first time. Of course, when I needed it I couldn't find my card. I called and they were able to look it up, and were so helpful. Told them my location and they said they would have a truck out in about 30 minutes. Twenty minutes got a text they were close, and then they were right there. I am not experienced with car maintenance, but driver was so helpful and patient with me, telling me to explain I was from out of town, etc. We started to one location when my son called and said it needed to go to the dealer. No problem, he turned truck around and headed there, totally supportive of my situation. I am a AAA Member for life! read more

New member used on 1-1-24 for a tow, tow truck driver hit a pole in the parking lot Damaged the Tow truck the pole and the car they were towing. Cant get insurance information from the Towing company or AAA. 2 months later now filing law suit against AAA and the Contracted Tow company for the 3,000 damages to the car.
