I paid the payment after the due date, but PNC's payment went through first, so they charged me outrageous fees (claiming that their huge corporation was hurt by having to "loan" me that tax payment). My payment paid forward the. Next 6 month property tax, and I paid the following 6 month property tax. They sent me a check for the overage I paid for property taxes, but refuse to go back to my initial monthly mortgage payments. Now I'm charged interest on money they "think" I need to borrow for taxes every month. MY MORTGAGE IS 60% higher than before they decided I couldn't be trusted to pay my taxes. (Again, payment made a few days after deadline. One time in this property's 14 years of mortgage history.). I called several times asking to have my mortgage brought back to the agreed upon payment, and they gave me a sob story about their organization being hurt by having to pay my property tax once. After 18 months of paying my own taxes before they even got billed, I wrote a letter asking if I could have my taxes withdrawn from their loan. Again, they told me to jump in the lake! Yes this is the epitome of the abusive relationships banks have with clients that practically destroyed our country several years ago. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN AFFORD A 60% INCREASE IN THEIR MORTGAGE???? Pics are attached of the small crack before, and then the spreading crack immediately after. I was going to just suck it up and replace the windshield but that doesn't sit right with me that I paid full price for them to damage my windshield further. I have gotten screwed twofold by enterprise in two days. First by employee in Denver- they found…read moremy car keys in a rental my friends and I were in. They refused to give my car keys back to my friends/family for them to overnight the keys to me. (I was already on flight back to Ohio when they were found.) They said because I was not there- they couldn't give my keys to my friends who I did the rental with he did however take my address and info from them- and never called or reached out to me. Instead he gave them the generic #to call lost and found. Between 12/11 and 12/12 I spent 6+ hrs getting the run around with their lost and found department. $50 and about 1,000 gray hairs later after being directed to links that say, "error 404 website not found" and then later an email saying my items have not been found. Only to relentlessly lookup different emails and trying other #s for customer service to escalate the situation... Magically my keys were found and I had to pay to overnight them (which I guess is fine) but I had to land from that flight and leave my car at CVG accruing still over $24/day in parking fees everyday it's there. Which brings me to this location (I should have been wiser after the lost and found debacle but this rental car location was closest) I booked a car yesterday for first thing in the morning today so I can drive to CVG and get my car out of the parking garage with my spare key/drop the rental car at the airport. This as about $25 cheaper than getting a ride share from centerville to GVG. Well I had an Uber on the way to take me to enterprise at opening to get the rental and get this all taken care of,... nope. I just had someone from the location call and say essentially ," we don't have any cars to rent." So I had to cancel the Uber that was taking me up to enterprise.... and now have to consider just paying around $100 to ride-share out to CVG instead of the $73 I had been quoted for the rental. Why would they take my info and allow me to book yesterday afternoon- when they didn't have any vehicles available today for rental?! Their customer service/ lost and found department, and this branch have seriously missed the mark. I feel like helpless, powerless, and now kinda abused by enterprise, and will never utilize them again especially when there are so many other competing agencies out there. I feel like I have just been stuck in a robotic telephone automated nightmare and would like to spare others from this horror.

When we headed out that morning to go vehicle shopping, she said, "I will not buy something today unless God hits me over the head with a sledge hammer." After going to a couple dealerships, we decided to try Voss Toyota and Floyd happened to be the man who greeted us. He showed us a vehicle they had just brought in and we took it for a drive. It was nice! We asked him what they were asking for the van... It was $6,000 less than the comparable vehicle we had just driven. My mother-in-law looked at me and said, "Did you just feel that sledge hammer?" Today, 13 years later, we are looking to trade it in. Thank you Lord for allowing us to run into Floyd!

I came here to a scheduled 9:00 AM appointment to have my transmission fluid and brake fluid changed as recommended from a previous visit. It's now two hours later, and I haven't been advised how much longer I will need to wait. Toyota in general used to be a very welcoming company when you brought your vehicle in for service. Often they had coffee, water, often snacks available while you waited for your vehicle. They usually offered a car wash too. I noticed this when my dad bought a Toyota in Mansfield OH and when I bought two Toyotas from two different dealers in the St Louis metro area. The Toyota customer experience is quite different now and I am beginning to wonder if I will ever buy another Toyota from a Toyota dealer. It feels like the customer isn't valued nearly as much. I don't know if this is a problem endemic of Toyota as a whole or just the individual dealerships. Somewhat recommend.

So I fly back down to Arkansas to drive my car back and the first repair shop did a poor job. I saw the paint was messed up and I couldn't afford to leave the car and fly back empty handed. While in Missouri my AC stopped working. I drove a whole day without AC back to Ohio. C & H CARSTAR Auto Body Repair (Fairborn, OH) went in afterward and fixed all the things the first shop messed up or didn't repair properly. C&H were able find the issue and fix it. They kept me posted with status updates through the process. Super nice people and they did an amazing job.

I waited many days before posting this review because I…read morewanted the opportunity to calm down before posting, so I could give one, not out of anger, but out of the need for people to know the truth. The employees are fantastic. They do excellent work, are always kind and courteous, and they simply seem like skilled, salt of the earth employees. I've taken my car to this Carstar twice, using Allstate as my insurance company. The first time was w/o issue and they did excellent work. The second time, however, was completely different. My car was hit by someone else, but I had to turn it in on my insurance because GEICO insisted I take it to the shop THEY wanted or they wouldn't cover the repair. I was extremely pleased, but when I got my car back after they had it for nearly two weeks, the tire low light was lit on my dash. They told me to drive it around a bit to see if it continued to cause problems, and with the holidays, it was three weeks later before I could get it back in to them, after having to fill the tire about twice a week. It should be noted, the tire was fine when I dropped the car off to them, but wasn't when I got it back. They sent it to the local Goodyear store in Fairborn for examination, but Goodyear "fixed" it w/o discussing it with anyone. When we went to get my car from Goodyear, the manager there tried to convince me the alloy wheel had corrosion, causing a slow leak in the bead. He even went so far as to try to convince me had I had steel wheels, this wouldn't have happened because "steel doesn't corrode." At no time was I told of the problem, at no time was it discussed with me regarding a "repair", and at no time was the "corrosion" shown to me. Goodyear just "fixed it" and called Carstar to come get it. The entire time the manager tried to convince me it was pre-existing, the double talk was clear, and I could tell I was being gaslighted by him. Every time I tried to disagree with him, he'd talk over me and not allow me to make my point. As we were walking out the door of Goodyear, I kept telling the receptionist from Carstar, "This doesn't sound right. This doesn't feel right." The end result was, I ended up telling the receptionist I didn't feel I should pay for this "repair," if one even happened. No one has any way of knowing because Goodyear didn't make any attempt to discuss this with anyone. The total cost of the repair was just over $23. And before anyone says it, it's not about the cost. It's about the Goodyear manager gaslighting me with "steel doesn't rust, alloy does." If you have to explain a repair with a lie, then the rest of it is suspect. In the end, I told the receptionist of Carstar I wasn't going to pay for this "repair." I made it abundantly clear I didn't blame Carstar in any way, shape or form, but I blamed Goodyear. Carstar, first, attempted to turn the repair in to Allstate (which made no sense to me, as I didn't believe the tire problem had anything to do with the accident, but I was assured they did this all the time. Allstate, of course, turned it down.) She told me she'd discuss it with the owner and get back to me. The next day, while at work, I got six calls in quick succession. I work on a call center floor and we are NOT permitted to have our cell phones out. At no time am I permitted to answer my cell. However, on my next break, I called the number back and it turned out to be the owner's wife. From the beginning of the call, she was adversarial, making a snide remark about my not answering her SIX calls and waiting so long to get back to her. And then she launched into, "We only have two resolutions to this and here's what you're going to do..." Having been married to an abusive person for over 20 years, I saw this for what it was... She is a huge bully who believes everyone should submit to her will, so I refused to allow her to attempt to gaslight me into doing things her way, which was my paying for a repair that didn't happen under my watch, but theirs. Something happened to my tire/wheel/something while it was under their care and the owner's wife wanted ME to pay for it. She then went on to tell me how much money she has, several times, because this seems to be important to her. Money doesn't measure a person, but how they treat those around them who can do nothing for them, is what does. She also said they had many great reviews on Yelp (where?) so it didn't matter how she treated me. In short, this owner's wife is a horrible person. First, my tired/wheel/something was damaged under their care, then they took it to a place that "says" they do repairs with no actual proof, and with shaky/invalid explanations with regard to what was done and why. This was all discussed with my Allstate agent and he is concerned about them turning in damages that have nothing to do with the claim. Because the owner's wife is so awful, I will never go back there.

6 months ago, I had one vehicle. I was paying 145 dollars through Angie and state farm. A couple…read morepeople in my family had insurance through her so i just started with her when i started driving. I was with her for years and my payment just seemed to go up. No accidents, no tickets. 145 for full coverage. I asked her month after month if there was any way possible that I could lower my rate. Everytime I asked I was told that I already had the bare minimum full coverage rate that I could have. Eventually I got sick of this and got a quote through Geico. 65 dollars for better coverage then I had through Angie. I called to cancel my policy and guess what she said? "Let me see what I can do to get you a lower rate." Absolutely not. I ended my policy with her and started with Geico. In the last 6 months I have added motorcycle insurance, insurance on my truck and renters insurance all while keeping full coverage on my car. All my vehicles have full coverage plus my renters insurance for 115 dollars through Geico. I am paying 30 dollars less than what I was paying for one vehicle with Angie, for 3 vehicles and renters insurance with Geico. Beware, she is a cheat. I could not be happier with Geico. Also Angie never sent the information she needed to send to my bank that I was covered. My bank almost charged me these crazy fines for not being insured because she was too lazy to do the things I was paying her to do. Not to mention the fact that they took my payment out after I cancelled my policy with her and only refunded 20 dollars out of the 145 that they stole from my account because she said I owed it to her. I am not sure if this is all state farm agents or just this one but look at a few other options before you go here. She is awful.
