Awful service regarding license transfer. First trip was given wrong info about reference material required. Second trip no better, claimed my docs were fraudulent. Accused me of same and did nothing to help. I will say they admitted the first contact was "new" and inexperienced but didn't apologize. They were a complete waste of time. And sent me on my way with nothing. Just 15 minutes at a local tag agency and my request was handled. No fuss. 21 year AAA member and don't recommend AAA at this office. read more

Rude, lazy employees. They were talking negatively about me (and others) well within earshot. It was pretty appalling. The young girl at reception was on her phone, which I really wouldn't care about if she wasn't grunting and groaning about having to be there too late. If you don't want to help people after you close, call your company and request a policy change, start turning people away 30 minutes before or pick somewhere else to work. I showed up 20 minutes before closing because my job doesn't make other times convenient. And it wasn't one person that was talking rudely about customers... it was THREE, which I attribute to a manager not properly training their team. Take your business somewhere else. read more

Horrible communication with customers. Looks like we came to AAA at Robinson to take a free service. We are paying to the service and pls be respectful to the customers. Thats why there was nobody from customers. I was just alone there even though they can't communicate nicely. One star and again one star. read more

Horrible service! Had a flat tire on the interstate at 11:00 pm and called for assistance as i had no jack. They first said 1 hour, then 30 minutes, then 1.5 hours. After waiting 2.5 hours they called and canceled the service. I called the tow company and was told his impact wrench quit and he couldn't change the tire. I asked why he couldn't use a lug wrench like people have done since cars were invented. HORRIBLE! I called AAA again and was told to google 24/7 tow services in the area. IF I HAVE TO DO THAT WHY DO I NEED AAA??? I canceled my account the next day. read more

A few years ago, I booked a vacation to Orlando / Universal Theme Parks through this AAA office, and the service was excellent. Today I tried booking a trip to Amman, Jordan, and the ancient city of Petra, and they were unable to help book flights to Jordan. They did have a few brochures that offered some guided tours through third-party vendors, but that was not what we needed, so I am splitting the difference, and giving them a three-star rating. I have not used this office for any of the other AAA services. read more

I have renters and car insurance with aaa as well as an aaa membership. My premium for the next 6 months is the highest that it has ever been, even higher than my first ever insurance policy, despite documented years of safe driving and paying in full. I went to this office to ask why there was a more the $80 hike in price, and I was told they didn't know but would call me back the following day. That was 5 days ago. I have called to follow up repeatedly, tried to contact corporate or a different office but all of my calls are going unanswered. They have horrendous customer service and no corporate structure to to help customers when the local office proves to be incompetent. Save your money and get insurance from a company that is willing to communicate with their customers. read more

I give them 1 star cause there are many things AAA does well. Taking care of customers at this branch is not one of them. I have used them a couple of times for state paperwork, and they can't seem to have the documents sent to the correct address. Hey Cretans, i don't live at your office. The state sends papers to where you tell them to send the papers. Period. Even with the reduced rates for paperwork, it costs several hours of time and bunches of gas to run back and forth. You can not directly call the branch office and ask a question. I would love to say these folks completely suck at what they do, but that would be overrating their collective abilities read more

their system is just awful. checked in with the receptionist around 3:20 this afternoon. the only people ahead of me were called up right after I sat down. they had issues getting their car insured to get plates. that agent didn't take another customer. the only other agent finished up and took the guy that arrived after me. then the place got crazy busy and my name was called but someone else ran over and got waited on. when I said something the receptionist tried to offer to check me in again. umm no. I've been waiting an hour to be passed over twice. never again will I go to AAA. read more

I stopped by the Robinson office today and waited nearly an hour to speak to a travel agent, because I was told that was the only way they would give me information on Costa Rica. After an hour, they suggested I go online and order a travel brochure through the AAA website. I'm very frustrated that we have spent as much money as we do for a membership every year (for 28 years!), but it seems like we can never get the information we request any time we go to the Robinson office, plus they are incredibly inefficient. Most employees were looking at their phones or chatting with each other, while their waiting area had several subscribers waiting to see a travel agent.
