The car itself although new was dirty and I took it to a car wash immediately after picking it up. I would have denied taking the car however, there were no others available. The rental experience was poor. It was evident the employees do not care about professionalism or customer service and care. When I brought my issues to their attention and I was dismissed. I was very frustrated, but had a company trip and had no other option at this point. I returned the car early and after hours. I stopped by on my way to the office the next morning and asked for my receipt so I could turn it into accounting along with my expense report. I was told I would receive it in an hour. I waited four hours with no response. I called the rental location repeatedly throughout my day and no one answered the phone. I called customer service who issued a ticket to the rental location so I could get my receipt. It was ignored. I had to stop by after work and wait in line to get a copy of my receipt. The man I spoke to earlier in the morning when I stopped by saw me but ignored me which made me re-explain my inquiry and needs to another employee. I was finally able to get my paperwork. My company utilizes Enterprise as well as Hertz, I have made a formal request to never book my future rentals with Enterprise.

I had made the reservation 2 weeks prior, and when I got there the vehicle was not ready yet, they had to clean it up and I had to wait about 20 minutes (which at the time I did not mind waiting), but maybe for future reference and also for others that may be in a rush to be somewhere, to maybe have the vehicle ready for them; especially when it's reserved ahead of time. I'm positive for a fleet their size, they have to have more than just one of "The specific vehicles " type in their lot. The vehicle traveled and drive smoothly as expected. They were able to also accommodate to take me home after I returned the vehicle (they have a specific distance of how far they can take and pick up their customers).
