I did finally hear back from another person at the company to transition out as I found someone elsewhere who was able to get me better rates. Since then, I have dealt with Valinda and team on minor claims for my vehicle, luckily none on my home yet. The process has been easy with no hassle. I had been with my old Agent for years, so I was little scared to be switching, but Valinda made the transition easy and uneventful. Now that I have paid the mortgage off I got wrong information from the first person I spoke with about how to make final payment. Caused a big headache they got paid off twice and now have been waiting over 2 weeks for my refund. I've made 4 phone calls and never get same answer twice.
