Communication became inconsistent, responses were not timely, and the contracted job was never completed despite multiple opportunities, delays, and assurances that the work would be finished. I told him how unprofessional the interaction had been and he got offended and decided not to do the work he was hired for. When I called the 1800 number to complain to the owner, Damian answered and was incredibly rude and disrespectful over the phone and hung up on me.
