I was greeted on the phone by a gentleman named Gilbert who was, kind, helpful and professional. I explained my situation and urgency for help. He was more than willing to immediately assist me! Exceptional customer service. We agreed on a price and a time as I had a furniture delivery on the way. He politely asked me for my contact information so he could arrange this pick up for me. In the midst of getting everything together, I am almost hit by a car in my neighborhood while I'm walking. Now I'm extremely emotional, confused and have so much to deal with.
