What a joke! When you call in, they love to say, "How can we…read moremake your life better?" -- but they do the complete opposite. I booked them for a move that never happened because my apartment fell through at the last minute. I called right away to let them know and explained that I'd need to reschedule once I found a new place. They said, "No problem," so I didn't ask for a refund -- I just planned to use the service later. A few weeks later, I found a new apartment and called back to schedule the move again. The person on the phone made me go through the entire booking process from scratch, even though I explained it was already on file. Then, while we were still on the call, I received an email saying my service was canceled. Why didn't he tell me that? That was their sneaky way of keeping my deposit and making me pay all over again. None of that was ever explained to me. Don't waste your time with a company that clearly doesn't understand what "making your life better" means.

Axel provided a very reasonable estimate up front for concrete demo and removal. After they started the job and it became clear that the slab was 6" thick instead of the 3-4" they quoted, they let me know and did their best to fit as much as they could in the initial load. Needless to say, the additional thickness required a lot more work to break up and an additional load to haul off.
