However, after they were bought out by a larger national grass care business, the quality of their lawn care became useless. After getting a letter from the HOA about the dead spots in the yard, I realized it was time to find a new company. I decided to give Pestology a try. I spoke with Mr. Joseph Walker. I described the issue and asked if he thought that Pestology could correct it. He drove to my home and assured me they could fix the issue. I also learned that if I set up auto-pay, the first month would be free. They were hired. About a week later, Bryan came to treat the lawn. Bryan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He started with the dead spots in the grass. In the problem area, he put a high-quality dirt mix. This was above and beyond what I expected. Bryan treated the problem area and the rest of the yard with a liquid and granual fertilizer. He also treated the weeds that were starting in the dead areas. Bryan followed up 2 weeks after the initial treatment to check the change. The yard looked better than the work the previous company tried for over a year to do. The change has been incredible. At the 2 week recheck, he treated the yard again. In another 2 weeks, we are going to get the regular lawn treatment. The grass is now a dark green color. I can't believe what an improvement there has been with my lawn because of Pestology. I could not recommend them more highly. They fix problems and follow-up!!!

It took two separate visits and nearly a dumpster worth of trimmings to get everything right, but he trimmed all of the bottle brush and my lemon tree, landscaped the front beds, and gave the house a curb appeal that was better than when I bought my home. He is consistent, notifies you if he can't make a week for family or weather reasons (my back yard doesn't drain well, in heavy rains mowers just dig trenches in the yard), and is flexible working with you to get the look and care you want for your lawn. Treeco destroyed my shed and never even responded to my calls and emails…read more The next door neighbors contracted Treeco to remove their dead sweetgum which hung over the property line and my shed. The crew showed up and were not even told ahead of time the tree was dead and unstable. They dropped a large limb and crushed the shed. The crew cleaned it up as best they could, but Treeco's owner ignored the photos and all of my attempts to follow up. Thank goodness no one was hurt and this was not someone's house. Too small for an insurance claim or small claims court suit, so the owner displayed how much integrity he has by walking away. (Also, the homeowner next door who paid Treeco said they never completed removing all of the trunk and stump pieces, as they had promised.) If a picture is worth a thousand words, how many are two pictures worth?
