Had to call a locksmith on a holiday. Picked this business as they are local to me. They responded right away. I had locked the keys in my house. They got me right in. Fast and professional and VERY reasonable. I expected to pay much more for the quality service I received. I highly recommend this business. Took damn near 3 hours to make my key. Said would give me one for my time being wasted just to tell me it's 15 dollar extra when he gets to me. Horrible service wasted my time. Also didn't even have the key in his shop but still came to pick mine up and tell me after he left he doesn't have anymore keys and will get some from a different shop. read more

On June 6th I had an emergency call while I was on my way back to work. AAA came over promply and drilled my lock and I bought another one from them. he charged me 80 for the service and 90 for the lock that you can get at home depot for $25.00 But due to the nature of the business and my time it was fine. so in total I paid 191 On 6/10 my lock was not working properly. Another locksmith ( person from AAA) came by and said that he had to rebuild the lock because my door has a gap. ( or place it in a certain way that the other guy from the same company didn't do.)For that he charged me $80.00 even though I had paid for labor and bought a lock from this company prevously 4 days ago. I felt this is pathetic. since I didn't have much time I went though with it so at least I would have a working lock that they sold me 4 days prior. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT HONOR THERE LABOR AAA follow unethicial practices.I paid $266.00 when I should of paid $191.00 They Penialize you because another staff member who works for the company did not do the job correctly. Please choose a different locksmith. This business is totally unfamiliar with the concept of honesty. Work was mediocre at best. Price was exorbitant. I can honestly say that I would not hire this business to install/change a lock on an outhouse. I would give this business less than 1 star if such rating were a available. read more

My boyfriend, our 6 week old son, and I came on vacation with our family. My boyfriend went to the beach Friday and lost his car key. He contracted AAA locksmith to get help, they said they will be able to unlock the car to see if he had left the key in there. He was 30 minutes late the first time, 100% okay no biggy. Unfortunately the key were not in the car. He told us he would be able to make the key, 2 hours later he showed up with not key to removed the cylinder lock in the door. At this point it's 8ish, he said he would be back. Around midnight he called him to tell him he couldn't do it until tomorrow and will have it done before noon. So my boyfriend has been in the sun for over 6 hrs waiting in his guy to show, he finally leaves the car around 1 am to Lyft back to Kissimmee where we were staying. So we packed up the next morning, headed back to Daytona to meet the locksmith at noon. He told us multiple times he would be there, how they were working on the key. We got there at 11:30, he told us he was finally on his way at 1. Then he stopped answering calls. We couldn't get ahold of anyone! At this point we just want the cylinder back. After having to wait to get it towed to the dealership to get a replacement key made on Monday morning, we had to rent a hotel to stay. Guy came out took him 45 mins to get here. Tried 2 times to unlock car door and said he couldn't get it and returned to his truck. We thought he was going to get another tool but no he left. We called him to see if he was going to get another tool or something but he said no he couldn't get it and wasn't coming back. Sad!!!! Worst customer service. read more
