To make matters worse, after a few bad reviews and contacting enterprise on Instagram, a regional manager was supposed to get in touch with him. No regional manager reached out. Unbelievably bad customer service. Absolutely terrible business from the top down, and this location is just horrid. He never did receive an apology or any kind of credit. STAY AWAY!!!!!! The only reason this is a 4-star review is because I got pulled over -- the cop said the plate wasn't registered to any car in the system. Thankfully, he was able to call Enterprise directly, verify everything, and let me go. It worked out fine since I wasn't in a rush, but it definitely shouldn't have happened in the first place. UPDATE (August 6-7): Rented again, same class of car -- this time got a 2024 Toyota Camry (white, pictured below). This rental was perfect -- smooth pickup and return, and no issues at all.
