I told them when they arrived that all my stuff would not fit...and I was correct. Had to pay for an hour and a half of travel time because they had to make 2 trips. They dropped my favorite piece of furniture, an armoire, while coming down the stairs, and one of the men was caught under it. The top came off and was all scratched up...now I have to try and paint it. They ONLY MOVED FURNITURE and would not move ANY boxes, tvs, or pictures!!! Cost me over $900 and I still had to rent a uhaul to move all of our boxes, tvs and other personal items. I called the man I had been communicating with via text message and he was very rude and told me that it was MY fault that I had given him the wrong amount of items that I had (even though he never asked about the items). When I questioned him about "the baby" trailer, he started crawfishing and wanted to know who told me that. He said he would only knock off $50 from the price and that he "would not argue with me about it". I was not arguing with him, I only questioned why I had to pay for travel time, and was very calm during the conversation. I paid the entire bill and tipped the men who worked, because they were polite and they did work hard. Still upset about having to try and fix my armoire, but more upset that they left a single mom with 3 kids having to move all the boxes and personal stuff and spend more money to get into our home.

My only complaint was they didn't want to help in assembling the furniture. Some of the pieces were missing for the two beds so I understand they couldn't have assembled them but we had three other tables and benches that could have been assembled. The office did state that once we found the missing pieces to call them back and we would send out a team to put the beds together. What they didn't tell us was that would be an additional $ 480 to do so.

However, Lellande and Brandt showed up on time and handled business! They were quick, efficient, careful, professional and we all made great conversation during the few hours of the move. They made a quick stop at our storage facility and on to our new home with no issues. Only tip: if you have trouble reaching them by phone, it's because the owner Brandt, is on a job because he actually helps with moves. Just leave a message and he'll get back with you within 24 hours. We left a message on Wednesday evening and everything was scheduled in time for our Friday move. I definitely recommend these guys, VERY SATISFIED!

Poor service/communication. Items missing/stolen…read more Local move scheduled on 9/11/20 to move my father's personal belongings from his apartment to a local storage unit. Movers showed up almost an hour late. No one contacted the writer of the delay, I was informed of the late arrival once I contacted the owner of the company of the movers whereabouts. 3 movers were assigned for a move of a 1 bedroom apartment with only the basic furnishings. Multiple times movers were observed sitting or standing around. The actual move shouldn't have taken 3 hours especially with 3 movers scheduled. I informed the owner of my concerns, but he showed a lack of regard. After the move was completed, I noticed my airpods with case were missing in which I remembered using them last in dad's apartment/ them being on the dining table in the kitchen. My phone device locator also showed my airpods being last connected there. I initially informed the owner of the missing item, and he stated he would reach out to the movers. He also stated they may have been placed in a box or drawer in which I highly doubted. I returned to the storage unit to check multiple boxes and the drawers of the furniture. I was unable to locate my wireless airpods with red case. I attempted to contact the owner multiple times via phone/email/text in regards to the missing airpods, and a receipt for services rendered. I was being ignored. I eventually received a receipt via email. The owner totally disregarded my missing/stolen airpods. I wasn't compensated for the stolen item nor was a claim initiated by the company. There is a protocol for situations like this, and it definitely wasn't followed. I will never use this company again for any type of services, and would suggest someone paying the extra money for a more reputable company.
