The okder woman behind the counter with glasses today told me I had to buy boxes before they coukd be shipped and I had to print the codes for her. They need to wear name tags. New home, items that didnt work, and this is the closest to home, to return with everything, go to a different UPS that actually took care of me. Will not recommend.
