Avoid this bureau at all costs. First of all, we had an appointment to take a driving test;…read morenaturally had to wait in a long line. When we finally got to an agent we were told we had to take a written test, which was never on our instructions. We got in another line and waited, then took the written test. The agent then told us to get back in line to take the driving test. Once we finally got to the agent, she refused to let us take it as we missed our appointed time, which we missed because we were never told we had to take a written test. The first agent should have told us that we couldn't take the driving test; this bureau is totally unorganized; terrible customer service. Then the person giving the driving test, made a nasty comment about people shouldn't lose their license. That is the last thing people who have done everything they are supposed to do need to hear. It's arrogant and disrespectful. The staff, including the manager should either take customer service training or be discharged. The taxpayers are supporting this agency and should not be treated in such a manner.
