I am dealing with the death of my sister she had AAA so I need to make sure she was not later on any payments. It was a slow day so they got me right in. For states the gentleman working the reception area was very attentive to my needs so I went to the back office with one lady sorry I can't remember her name. She was not 100% sure what I needed so she called over Shannon Klemm between the two of them they got me in the right direction. Shannan made the experience very lite something that I needed after working with the other agencies when I left out of their office, I had a smile on my face and I realized how great people really are to the team at the AAA office in Orville. Called this afternoon to see what time they close so I can get my DMV transfer done and was told 6:00 pm. Drove an hour to get there and arrived at 5:32. Told that the DMV section closed at 5:30. Thanks for wasting my time. read more

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. However the agent that was there was not. When she realized that they couldn't help us with the coverage we were looking for, she became very snooty and withdrawn. The receptionist offered to have someone call us about our policy concerns, but no one has called. It's been over a week. read more

Exceptional customer service. Dennis is fantastic with car insurance and homeowners insurance policies Honest guy who takes the time to meet with customers and explain the policy before you buy it. Don't waste your time with other Insurance Companies who give you the bill but won't explain your policy before you buy it. Go see Dennis instead. ---- Also, we had a car accident last year when we were 500 miles away from home. We were rear-ended badly on the freeway in Los Angeles. AAA Claims Dept was very helpful. Our car was very damaged but still driveable. As soon as we got back home from L.A., AAA had our repair shop and rental car ready for us. Quality repair job. We will continue to have AAA insurance for many more years to come. read more

I had to wait 45 minutes outside in the cold & wind, they had 1 person working, I got in & out of the dmv faster! The lady at the front wouldn't let me in stating that only 4 people can be inside, yet when it got really windy outside she decided to go inside & took who she was helping at the time inside! So only 4 people inside unless you are an employee who doesn't want to be in the wind! You suck AAA ! read more

Palo Alto Branch. I have had generally good service here over the years. However, at my last visit, I received really lousy service. I had to leave the line to find a manager, who didn't want to be found, to ask for someone else to come help people. Reluctantly, he got some more help, who weren't very helpful at all. An overall attitude of "whatever" seemed to reign (this was a few months ago). Very disappointing. read more

Friendly small town service in a busy little city like Oroville made a big difference to me when I moved here in 2015 from Iowa. Being able to register my car and take care of DMV chores in a friendly environment is a great perk to the already wonderful insurance service I was provided for both my home, which no other insurance company in Butte County would insure, as well as all my cars. I hit a deer late at night far up on a mountain road on at 2 am on a Saturday night, and AAA was there in 30 min or less and they fixed my car good as new AND gave me a rental car as part of my coverage. My insurance and Membership with AAA more than pays for itself! Also the entire staff [in the Oroville Office] worked together to make sure I was taken care of quickly and with a friendly smile. 5/5 would recommend. read more

I went to the Forest Street AAA branch in Palo Alto, CA, for some maps and was informed by the woman at the door that there was a queue and I should have a seat and wait for my turn. She took my AAA card and i took a seat. After 30 minutes of watching several people who arrived after me receive the same service that I had requested, I complained to another AAA employee who got me the maps, but my card was NOT returned to me. I had to make another trip to your pitifully mismanaged branch to retrieve my AAA card. I will never return to that place. read more
