I walked in to buy a small amount of stone for my personal house. He pointed me to an open pallet. I then went into the yard and the nice forklift operator moved some stone around for me so I could access the pallet. He then tells me that the manager called him and said I would have to pay 'per row' on the pallet. So if I didn't actually see the stone I wanted on the very top, I would have to buy that row of stone in order to see the second row. And then buy the second row in order to see the third. Really?! I closed up my tailgate and left. Sadly, the experience was only decent because of the nice forklift operator. Hence the one star.

That's just flat out bad business, I'd be a lot more understanding if they told me upfront that they were running behind and gave me an actual install date, but when I show up to the house and nobody is there... again, it's infuriating!
