I dealt with Jeremy at AAA Roofing, as this company was assigned to me through my home warranty. I paid my deductible which is specifically for quotes to be compiled by these contractors. Though they reported back to my home warranty the work was needed, they never sent me the itemized quotes as agreed. When I called regarding the delay, Jeremy blew me off and cancelled the work order. This left my home warranty company scrambling to find another contractor in the area to complete the repair. This was a time-sensitive matter, and AAA Roofing's unprofessionalism cost me several hours of stress and missed work (not to mention my deductible).
