At the time we stopped there were no units open, so this made us believe things were good. They had units opening within a couple of weeks, so we were going to get one. We started to call them a week ahead of time, they stated the unit was cleared out but the owner still had the lock on and promised to have the lock off by end of week. Called again early the next week, and there is no record of our requesting the unit. They do not even know if the unit is available. Called two more times and the people are very unprofessional and they seem like they do not care about new customers.

My estimate for the move...from the owner who came over to my condo....was $2,778.50. When I received the actual bill it was $7,519.65. I never asked for additional time or services and I was not informed that my costs would almost triple that day. Is this even legal? Also I can't imagine that it would cost that much to move a large house.
