We needed temporary storage for a…read morewhile and since this was close and had been commissioned with U-Haul we thought it would be OK to use. At the time we stopped there were no units open, so this made us believe things were good. They had units opening within a couple of weeks, so we were going to get one. We started to call them a week ahead of time, they stated the unit was cleared out but the owner still had the lock on and promised to have the lock off by end of week. Called again early the next week, and there is no record of our requesting the unit. They do not even know if the unit is available. Called two more times and the people are very unprofessional and they seem like they do not care about new customers.
