This company is shady. Run! I considered hiring this company to move from Sheboygan, WI to Fond du Lac, WI which is about a one hour drive. They came out and did a in-person quotation. They gave me an estimate of $750 for a room and there was no furniture being moved mainly boxes. I gave a deposit to secure my move date. My employer made a mistake on payroll shorting my paycheck by 18 hours. I was told the issue will be resolved on my next check. I realized I couldn't afford to pay $750 for movers plus the move in costs. I gave them two weeks notice prior to my move date that I wanted to cancel their services. R & R Moving told me they would issue a refund. Two months later they never issued the refund. I tried calling them and they blocked me. Imagine doing business with these people and they have all your merchandise and you get blocked. I can care less about the $100 deposit because obviously they needed it more than me. But to have the audacity to block me speaks volumes who these people are and what they are capable of. Consider yourself warned. Run! read more

This is so unfortunate we have to leave this review. The initial move they helped us with was efficient and great. So we called and asked them to move a shed for us. Unfortunately the movers broke the shed. We understand these things happen and just wanted to file a claim to have it fixed or replaced. So we contacted the company with pictures and details twice with no response. When we called to follow up, the office manager said she'd talk to the movers and never called us back. We emailed again to no response. About a week later (today) I called again to follow up and she said the movers said they didn't damage it and so she refused to start a claim for us. I hate having to post this because I want to support local businesses. That's why we hired them in the first place! This experience though is unbelievable and it seems they aren't willing to honor their own contractual terms regarding damage. I really wish I could recommend them but I'd say avoid at all possible costs. Two men and a truck was better than this and that says very little. read more

This is the 4th time we hired R & R moving and they never disappointed us. We discovered R & R movers when our movers arrived from Seattle and it was time to unload. The people our movers had hired in Saint Cloud never showed up. Our movers called R & R and they arrived early the next morning and spent the entire day unloading a full semi load in 90 degree weather including my husbands woodworking equipment. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE TO OUR FURNISHINGS AND OUR NEW HOME! THIS WAS A 5-MILE MOVE! The movers were very young and poorly trained (i.e. placing bicycles on our furniture resulting in damage from pedals, chains and handlebars AND neglecting to remove the basement door so that additional damage was done to furniture and the door frame is ruined). Ryan Schroeder was very difficult to work with and very tardy with responses. His attitude was unprofessional. His offer to resolve the matter was insulting, and he required us to sign a non-disclosure agreement if we accepted it. We were seeking compensation for damages to only half of the damages that occurred. We strongly suggest hiring an alternative moving service! read more

They moved us March of 2018. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. Very personalized, kind, empathetic, and responsive. I loved the waste removal of things we didn't want. They put our beds together. One was new and had something wrong with it. Rusty fixed it temporarily so we could use it, but did all of the calling to the furniture store, got new parts, and Mike came back to fix it. I can't recommend them highly enough. Shouts out to Mike, Delores, Sandy, and Karen who packed us up. Ryan S was comforting and understanding. Fair price, and did whatever we needed. The worst moving experience I have ever had. Almost every piece of furniture was damaged in some way-scratched, black marked, gouged or crushed.
