The office itself is located in the old Town Hall, which at first glance is difficult for a disabled person to access, however there is a lift provided. Inside, besides local advice, you can also purchase souvenirs, local maps, and book accommodation and local attractions. There is a notice board inside, from which upcoming events can be advertised. For local business' there is also a fax and photocopying service available, for a small fee.

We have been in their computer system for several years, never had any issues at all--yet my husband was refused service. This is totally unacceptable. My husband was forced to travel about 20 miles away to Mechanicsburg, PA, to rent a car. At that Enterprise office, he was welcomed with respect and helped immediately by Tevyn Monismith and Parth Patel, a management trainee and the assistant manager. We had seen a take up sign for them and knowing we couldn't keep up with the days hike with a broken boot gave Mitchell a call thinking we would head into town and get a new boot. Well he knew of a little service station that sold boots! Took us there and got us back on the trail in less than 30 minutes. Totally saved our hike just as we were starting to get to the best part of the country side. And the price was right!

Same large soap bottle that is used as shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. There were also 2 large bath towels, no smaller hand or face towels provided. There is a hair dryer provided in each room as well as a pants press. A pants press is a giant board used to press pants. It'd be easier to provide an iron folks. Really. The elevator had this really cool looking touch pad which was different from what we were used to. It also was a bit dodgy when it came to punching in a floor number. The breakfast was standard English breakfast with additional yogurt, fruit, and granola snacks. For a decent night's stay, you really can't go wrong with an Ibis. It's not luxurious by any means but the beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean and is centrally located to most of the sights and restaurants. Most importantly, free WiFi.

The hotel is on a very busy road with lots of pubs and Sunday night was horrendously busy with bank Holiday revellers. Not a major problem but the hotel was quite noisy, double glazing cuts down on the street noise but doesn't eliminate it. Monday night was lovely and quiet by contrast. Overall the staff were very friendly and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the shops, castle etc. Good value for money - but watch out on weekends if you're not partying!
