This company is very professional. They were on time both for the estimate and on the day they removed the tree. Santos provided a written estimate and a copy of the companies Insurance certificate (and I didn't even have to ask for it, he was just prepared and professional when he came out to provide the estimate). I would absolutely recommend Santos and his team to anyone in need of tree removal. When Santos came out for an estimate he was extremely honest, fair and personable. He provided a very competitive written quote and proof of insurance. When I called to verify insurance at Santos' recommendation the insurer spoke so highly of him and his years of great rapport with his policy and customers. He took the extra time to walk through my yard to discuss further actions and work to consider down the road as this is we have many very tall trees in need of some trimming/removal in on our property. His team was early and efficient this morning for the job. They took down an extremely tall dead tree backed up to neighboring fences along with a couple branches out front in less than an hour. One branch took off a board on our fence and they repaired it before leaving. No debris was left in ours or neighboring yards, just lots of good firewood at our request. These guys were like ghosts! They came while I was at work, did all of the work (it was a LOT) and then disappeared with the debris before I even got home. It was like they magicked the trees away. I've never seen this level of professionalism & efficiency with a contractor of any kind before in my lifetime. They were $3,000 cheaper than the other 2 companies who gave me estimates.
