I researched multiple companies in Fredericksburg and ended up speaking with 7 of them. 5 different companies came out to give me a quote. Every single one of them said it would take a day maybe more and that we had no space in our yard to work so the fee would be even higher because of this. That is until I spoke with Jason. He beat everyone else's quote and was confident his crew could get it done in half a day. We set up an appointment and everything was ready to go.... and then at the very last minute my neighbor backed out of our agreement! She said she could get the job done cheaper. I assured her I didn't think she'd be able to beat his quote but she assured me she "had a guy" and I was forced to cancel our appointment. It was SO EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!! Jason was very patient and understanding though all the drama. In the end her guys was a total scam... he'd given her an initial quote then came out to do the job and told her it was going to be TWICE as much as BRTE had quoted!!! My neighbor felt really bad about everything and asked me to please call Jason back. Amazingly Jason was still able to fit us in the same day. BRTE did everything they said they did and more. Three guys whipped that tree into shape like it was a piece of cake! I was extremely impressed with how they lowered the huge branches with such precision in such a narrow space. The space every other company said was almost unworkable. I was sure my garden would take a hit but not a single tomato plant was harmed and our shed wasn't even touched! We previously had an exterior repair done to our roof and needed the inside interior repaired in our family room. We hired Jorge and his team to do the interior repairs and power wash and stain our deck. We could not be more pleased! Our deck looks brand new and by far they did a much better job than the previous 2 companies! The company did an excellent and outstanding jobs but more importantly they treated our home with respect and care as they worked and their clean up was awesome!
