We had to call multiple times and each time we were lied to and told "he is next on the list to schedule" yet no call would ever come to schedule. Then when I would call again to ck status, I would be told he was 6th or 3rd or 1st etc. To add to this experience, once we finally had them scheduled, "Dave" actually called, on the day of the first lesson, to cancel and reschedule! We had to threaten to sue them to get my son through the course. I had actually recommended AAAA to another family and they STILL havent been able to complete the course! So frustrating! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AAAA!!!!!

My daughter's instructor was Rich and he was excellent. He was kind, relaxed, funny and personable, making my daughter feel relaxed and at ease. But he was also fair, professional and incredibly helpful in providing guidance, feedback and insight to my daughter to prepare her for her driving test. I had a few calls with D&D for a few other things/questions and the people I spoke to were always kind and helpful. My daughter took her test and passed. Horrible place to get your CDL! Paid the $5500 out of…read morepocket to go to school. Did the classroom training which was easy and learned a lot but when i got to the yard it was a different story. First week i got some pretty good training however instructors were all on their phones the whole time which made it difficult to really learn. When it got time to the 2nd and 3rd week there was so many new students that it was difficult to even get ANY seat time. Before lunch i sat around and didn't get to do any maneuvers while I waited. Shortly after lunch i was going to do my "on road" driving but the truck was stuck in re-gen and didn't get any driving time the whole entire day. Once the school has your money they do the absolute bare minimum for you to pass through the school. Completely unfair and unprofessional way of teaching. i also noticed all of the other students were in the same boat as i was, not being able to get any seat time behind the truck and getting fed up just sitting around. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a difference school where you can actually learn and get drive time. This school is a complete joke
