DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The day after they "fixed" my computer, it froze again -- exactly the same way as it did before the "repair." Getting my money back has been impossible. They didn't return my calls until the credit card company threatened them. Then they said they would return my money, so the credit card company bowed out -- and then they once again stopped responding and didn't return the money despite what they said in their emails to me! I have just filed in Small Claims Court for a refund. read more
