We purchased a new Sub Zero refrigerator from Pacific Sales in Santa Clarita. Pacific Sales contracted AAction to deliver and install our refrigerator. Arturo/Arthur and another man (didn't get his name) completed the installation and proceeded to leave. I asked Arthur if they were busy because my refrigerator was covered in smudge marks and he seemed to be in a huge hurry. He said that I was his only delivery and opened the doors to the refrigerator, showed me the ice maker and left. I went to clean the smudge marks and quickly noticed diagonal slice marks on the stainless steel doors. Upon closer inspection I discovered MORE scratches and slice marks in each corner of the refrigerator door and around the drawer handles. I immediately phoned Pacific Sales who referred me to Christina at AAction. After MUCH convincing, Christina agreed to have a manager come to my home to survey the damage. On the morning of, I messaged Christina to confirm a time to meet the manager as I wanted to make sure I was home. She told me she would tell me when he was 20 minutes away. She also told me she wasn't sending a manager but was sending Arthur instead. I told her I wanted a manager. When I arrived home. I walked through my house and was SHOCKED to find Arthur IN MY KITCHEN attempting to buff out some of the scratches! I asked him to leave. He called my husband and apologized for entering our home and later changed his story that our housekeeper let him in which she adamantly denies. After this I demanded that someone from Pacific Sales come to my home to review the damage. They did and ultimately replaced our damaged refrigerator. We used a different delivery company, twin brothers, and they were fantastic.

I can't say enough good things about aaction appliance. They came highly recommended from my designer when we were remodeling our kitchen. Jake and Ian did an amazing job with installing all my built in appliances. They took care of my home as if it was their own, showed up on time and They even spent the time to show us how to use our appliances after. Highly recommend aaction appliance

They installed by brand new Bosch dishwasher which after a couple of uses was not draining properly. I called them out to check their work they assured me their work had been done properly and it must be that my brand new dishwasher was not working. I had to wait 3 weeks for a Bosch rep to come take a look. They found the problem right away. The drainage hose was badly kinked and not properly installed. Now I have to wait for a new hose to be ordered, the dishwasher to be moved out of the built in cabinet and replaced all because Aaction did not pay attention to detail not only when they installed it but when they came back to check their work. So frustrating and disappointing. A total waste of my time and resources.

BEWARE... Using Aaction Installation was the worst experience. I was waiting all day for 5K worth of appliances. Then the technician texts me that he will be late. When the Aaction Installation tech arrives, he rings my doorbell 3 times in under 10 seconds. So when I make my way to the door I say jokingly, "Have some patience. I waited 5 hours, and you can't give me 10 seconds to open the door?" Then I laugh. The technician gets angry and says, "Then you can have someone else deliver your appliances." Then he just left. So I call Aaction Installation's main office and explain what happened. No apology. No empathy. Instead, they just explain that the technicians are independent contractors and they can't control them. Then they tried to reschedule as if it happens all the time. The lowest standards. I made sure to cancel my entire order and got a full refund. read more

Not a surprise there are so many low reviews. Does Aaction Appliance even care? Apparently not. The installer bent the toe kick on the refrigerator in October. Have been trying ever since to get it replaced. 3 no show appointments. With NO communication. Done with them!!! read more

I purchased a new replacement microwave with frame from Pacific Sales. The salesman recommended ABC for installation. The installer ended up getting lost in our complex, I have to admit it can be confusing in our complex but he called trying to get directions and I tried to give him directions but he had such a thick foreign accent that I couldn't understand what he was saying. I cancelled the delivery and left two phone messages with ABC installation and they never called me back to find out what happened. I called Pacific Sales to inform them of my experience. Pacific Sales called Aaction Appliance and I was very pleased with the two installers Cesar and John. John realized that the new frame didn't fit the opening in the cabinet so he ended up putting back on old frame. I will definitely use Aaction Appliance for my other installations. read more

Horrible customer service. They repeatedly canceled as close as 20 min before arrival time and I eventually had to cancel the appointment all together and find someone else who was more reliable. read more

The following is my correspondence with representatives at Aaction Appliances regarding one of their employees dropping my very expensive Viking oven. My advice to anyone considering doing business with this company is to, run, run in the opposite direction. According to co-owner Ramon, they have been in business over 30 years. That very well may be true. However, they have tons of Bad reviews and Negative feedback that has managed to follow them throughout the years. Fri, Jul 8, 2022 at 3:37 PM Please inform co-owner Ramon, that I will be returning to the property one week from today on July 15,2022, and that I would appreciate it if he could arrange to have an appliance repairman meet me at the property to determine the nature of the damages that my Viking double oven sustained during the extraction. July 14, 2022 Hello Todd, After speaking with our installer, He was very adamant that he never dropped the oven. When you spoke with Ramon you mentioned a "young" guy dropped his end. Both of the installers are in fact older guys. If you witnessed them drop the unit, I think you should have mentioned or had them write it on the invoice to have proof of that. We do not warranty old units because we do not test them before we extract them, we have no proof that the were in working condition before. I would check who ever installed the oven as they are not appliance installers and maybe they did not install the unit properly. I would suggest reaching out to your homeowners insurance or home warranty company. July 18, 2022 Ramon This email is in response to your email dated July 14 2022. I will address each and everyone of your statements, one at a time. Let me just start off by saying that in light of our conversation, at the end of June 2022, wherein you stated in pertinent part, "If your Viking double oven was, in fact, damaged during the extraction, no worries, I will take care of it, just keep me informed once it is installed by your contractor." You have apparently changed your position, and have decided to, "Deny, Deny, Deny." First, the word, "young," is subjective and can mean different things to different people. Based on my recollection, the male hispanic that was holding the left side of the oven appeared to be young and not as old as the gentleman that was holding the right side of the oven. Let me be clear, I do not believe that this was an intentional act by your employee. However, I do believe that he was negligent by assuming that the oven was closer to the ground, as he slowly lowered it, than it actually was. When he released his side of the oven, it dropped approximately 8-10 inches before it hit the ground. The right side of the oven remained firmly in the hands of the other gentleman, approximately 8-10 inches still off the ground. I truly believe that the oven was much heavier than the young man had anticipated and wanted to get it to the ground, as soon as possible. Thus, rushing the process. This is where the negligence comes into play. Second, regarding me witnessing the incident; there was nothing for me to mention to the employees because they had just observed the same incident. However, my intent was to note the incident as well as the possible damage to my oven on the receipt, but your workers had absolutely no paperwork and I couldn't very well note my comments on their tablet. What I did do, was to immediately contact the Property Estimator, Joseph Gamba, at the Auto Club, and made him aware of the situation. Third, if you elect not to offer a warranty on a particular appliance. Moving forward, you may want to inform the customer of that and have them sign a document to that affect. Just for your information, negligence is not something that a customer can waive. In the alternative, you can always refuse the job. Fourth, regarding not testing the oven prior to the extraction process; this would seem counterproductive to me. Let me get this right, your employees are instructed to take photos of the items that they are extracting, but they are not required to test the appliances. You're kidding right ... Fifth, regarding no proof that the oven was actually working prior to the extraction; I actually consider this an insult and I will tell you way. If you have had an opportunity to review the photos taken of my kitchen, by your employees, you should have concluded that the kitchen was absolutely beautiful and that the kitchen belongs in a magazine. I am going to let you in on something, when I was trying to decide how to decorate my, kitchen, I actually saw this very kitchen in a magazine. I then decided to recreate that very kitchen, with Viking appliances and Thomasville cabinets, in my home. As I previously mentioned to you, I live in Orange County and the subject property sits vacant until my one weekend a month visit. So when you imply that the oven my not have been working at the time of the extraction, I take great offense to that statement, my friend. read more

Stay away from this company if you can! I purchased entire kitchen appliances from Universal Appliances and Aaction Appliance was assigned by Universal as the installer. The guy who came to do pre-site inspection spoke very broken English, and gave us wrong instructions that we had to open the walls twice to adjust the outlet locations and water outlet etc. The original locations were all correct and up to spec! These fixes costed me $1200 and were totally avoidable! The owner Ramon is now ignoring my calls to reimburse the cost. Worst customer service and not an honest company! We had a unique request to relocate two subzero units from one property to another. The office staff was organized and communicative. They fit us into their busy schedule and the crew showed up even sooner than promised. The two gentlemen arrived with text messages announcing their imminent timing. Polite, professional, and prepared. When one of our own pieces was discovered missing, the crew told us exactly what we needed and offered to come right back to complete the installation. We are grateful to have met a reliable company with quality service and the bill was worth every penny. Thank you to Virginia, Jessica, and Eisser! read more

I hired Aaction appliance to install builtin appliances in my new remodel and they did a fantastic job. Arthur and Frank were amazing,My cabinet company did not do some measurements correctly so some modifications were needed and Aaction stuck around and fixed my cabinet companies mistakes. They were on time, very friendly and came with masks and sanitizer. I will recommend them to everyone I know read more

I have given AAction Appliance weeks to make things right, but no one has responded to multiple calls and emails, so I feel compelled to write a review and warn others of my horrible experience with this company. I booked AAction to install a fridge, dishwasher and range. First issue: The techs told me my range was broken. I was so upset since this is a very expensive range that took 4 moths to arrive. After hours on the phone with the range company and then with AAction, AAction sent someone else to come look again. He discovered that the GAS CONNECTION WAS INSTALLED BACKWARDS. I was shocked and totally freaked out. Clearly the guys who originally installed it didn't read the directions or know what they were doing, which is so terrifying. Second issue: The techs also told me my ice maker was broken. Another pit in my stomach since I had spent a lot of money and waited months for the fridge. The second tech AAction sent also told me it was broken. I then had to take time to call the fridge company and take time off of work to meet them at my house. Within 2 minutes they discovered the filter to the ice make had been installed incorrectly and cracked by the use of a metal tool, even though there was a plastic tool included with the fridge for this. They said I needed to order another filter for $85 and install it myself or hire someone to. I have easily taken an entire day off of work to deal with the mistakes Aaction made. I am self-employed, so this has cost me hundreds of dollars. It has caused so much stress and now I am extremely worried something is going to leak water, or worse, gas. I have a plumber booked to examine everything, yet another expense and time off work. I have asked AAction to reimburse me for the installation and for the replacement ice filter. ZERO response. I have called and emailed multiple times. AAction's negligence is unacceptable and shocking. I will be reporting them to the BBB and I even reached out to my lawyer to see who else I should report them to. Please be warned. read more

I am currently a Project Manager for a new house that hired Aaction Appliance to install all of their appliances. There was an issue with the oven hood that we have been trying to resolve for months. Unfortunately, the folks at Aaction Appliance were not helpful at all - they didn't return calls and were uninterested in coming to any kind of resolution. The company left us high and dry and the service was poor. I recommend NOT using Aaction Appliance. read more

We purchased a Thermador suite from Best Buy and had Aaction Appliance do the install. The logistics were a bit of a nightmare because the delivery was constantly changing thanks to COVID and all, but Adriana from the office did an amazing job in trying to move things around and work through kinks. We had John, Eddie install our oven and dishwasher and Jake and Ian install our fridge and freezer units. These guys are top notch professionals! Incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. I'm VERY picky and would highly recommend these guys for built in appliance installs! read more

I had a VERY tricky ductless downdraft install along with my other appliance for my new kitchen. Pepe and his team were WONDERFUL - professional, knowledgeable, and stayed for hours until they knew it was set up right in the pre install for the marble and cabinet teams. I am only putting 1 star because you have to. They deserve none. I went through a full house remodeling and used AAction Appliance for the installation of my kitchen appliances. That was my biggest mistake of the entire project. They made multiple mistakes for every single one of the appliances they installed. The Technician was nice initially but unresponsive when I realized things were not right. The customer service of the office was worst... They never followed up and never called me back... I have been trying to get things right before writing this review. I never write review online but I really wanted to share my experience as I believe no organization should call itself professional, charge premium and provide such an horrible service. My advice, don't use them... Horrible service and arrogant staff. read more

This company not only defrauds customers but their Manager Ramon will call you and threaten your well being if you dont pay. These guys came 5 hours after their promised delivery window, on 12/12 they didnt use the proper supplied mounting hardware. I was not mad. I even gave Pepe and the other guy $20 tip and each a beer, which they gladly accepted. Stuff happens. They blamed their phone system for being down and could not inform me of the issue. As a result Christy/Kristina said she will ask for a make good. When we called the following day to have it addressed we are told that someone will come adjust it. Kristina or Kristy said they will come address it and offer a make good for the issue. When days pass and no one shows i call and speak to virgina who refuses to send someone. She demands for pictures which I promptly provide then the denies any issue and ceases to reply to any communication even when requesting to connect me to a supervisor. i receive notification from AMEX that a charge is being attempted without authorization from A Action. I immediately send an email to AAction explaining that they are not done and We do not authorize the charge. Minutes later we receive an email from AP stating they processed the charge. Then a few minutes passed and receive an email stating that AP emailed to inform me of the charge...which was after their unauthorized charge was attempted. Then I became angry...when i received a call from Ramon (manager) he was speaking so vulgar to me I could not believe that a person in his position he said he was in, The same day we are called and noted that they did not receive the last 4 of the credit card. I explain the issue and she says they will contact me to address it position would say they things and even threaten my well being if i talked back to him in his face. It was as if i was defrauding him personally. He called me names from deadbeat to making fun of my name, telling me to get my foot out of my mouth. Needless to say i was livid! I am still in shock. This guy did not want to fix their issue but wanted full payment. He said he will send this to collection if i cant afford to pay. Its $350 for service not fully rendered...the fridge was over $10k common. After the call i sent an email asking to schedule a call with the owner. The reply said he would call me monday. When asked whom i was speaking to they did not reply. Stay tuned... After review posted emIl was returned that it was Kristina emailing. read more

I have had Aaction appliances do multiple appliance installations over the past 4 years and have been fully satisfied. They are the authorized installers of many brands and the quality of their work speaks for itself. What impressed me the most is that they are always on time. read more

Horrible service. Took 120 dollars to secure my dish washer panel to the already installed dishwasher, 5 minutes of work. Dish washer was not sitting in the right place, so technician did not want to secure. All I did was push the dishwasher back to put it back where it belonged. After 10 calls and talking to numerous people they want 120 more dollars for 10 minutes of work to secure it appropriately, something which they were willing to do for the first service charge the first time around. We purchased a trash compactor which needed installation. Both Francisco and Vicente were amazing. Francisco walked me through how the device operates and also showed me where the air freshener was located, informing me that the writing on the compactor was very dull and hard to read. Both he and Vicente worked great together, both were motivated and got the job done in a very clean manner. While doing the trash compactor install, I mentioned that I was having a Drop In BBQ swapped out and that the system did not contain a gas shut off valve inside of the BBQ box. Francisco asked if he could see it and I obliged. He stated they install them and beat the price of the other installer I had coming. When he lifted the device he said he had some good news and bad news, which do I want first. I thought, here we go - I'm about to be asked for more money. It was the opposite, there was a working gas shut off valve and it did not need replacement!!! He said the install would be less expensive. WHO DOES THAT!!! - I'm forever faithful to AAction Appliance - Thanks Francisco and Vicente! read more

I rarely write negative reviews. Rarely. If it's especially bad and Aaction appliance customer service has been horrendous. Go somewhere else. The installers they sent out were nice and installed a wolf range and sub zero fridge and freezer columns. We have a remodel so we are not spending any time downstairs so I did not notice it myself but the next day my contractor and I were in the kitchen and the fridge column was making a pretty loud rattling noise. It was already late so I called on Monday to schedule someone to come out and look at it. Long story short, I've been cancelled on TWICE, was treated very rudely by some woman who answered the phone, and for some reason everyone there keeps asking me if I'm sure the fridge is making a rattling noise. So strange. I was also put on hold for 30 min and when I hung up and called back the woman said rudely "we are very busy" but was able to deal with the call now. Who does this? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. On another note, I asked for management to call me TWICE and also emailed and left voicemails to have management contact me and all requests have been ignored. I applaud good customer service and like I said, I rarely give negative reviews unless it's especially terrible. THIS WAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE YOUR LUXURY OR OTHERWISE APPLIANCES INSTALLED. P.S. I would share a video of the loud rattling noise but yelp only shares pictures. Am I sure? Yes, I'm sure. read more

Jose and Eddie did an excellent job installing our new oven/microwave combination. They drove a long ways to do our installation . They were courteous, quick, efficient and did a good job cleaning up when they finished. Their price for the job was also very fair. I highly recommend them. read more

I was recommended through Pacific Sales to go through AAction Appliance to get my kitchen appliances installed. Boy was I glad they came! Arthur and his crew are LEGIT! Arthur is VERY knowledgeable about everything and anything that had to do with installation of these parts. From my 48inch custom built in Fridge/Freezer to my 40'' Glass Island hood he installed them perfectly. Not only is he an expert but he is a perfectionist too! He made sure that everything sat flush and that everything was measured/leveled to the T. If anything was even a centimeter off he would readjust it. This is what sets Arthur apart from any other service I've used. He truly was working on my appliances as if they were his own. That's when you know you're in good hands. Will recommend him and his team any chance I get! To top that off he even cleaned each appliance thoroughly with this special stainless steel cleaner! THANK YOU ARTHUR and TEAM! I hired this company to install a new wall oven. They were an hour late. That was the best part. It was downhill from there. The stove had dents and other defects and they installed it anyway without telling me. A repairman for the stove told me the oven was poorly installed and that is why the drawer is not aligned correctly. They gave me an invoice with no company info on it so I could not call them back to fix the poor installation. read more

I hired Action Appliance to install my appliances. They were recommended by Gaggenau, who will be getting an earful from me too. This dealing was a NIGHTMARE of an experience from the beginning. The crew they sent to connect my ovens, fridge, freezer, and warming drawer didn't have the right trim for the electrical. It TOOK THEM 4 MONTHS TO COME back with the right trim, after the cabinetry was completed. Then comes the ceiling vent. A $3000 ceiling vent by Best. They charged me $1000 and didn't even test it. We tested it and it didnt work. This was back in December and today we are in June. They blamed it on us for having an open box. The appliance was new but we opened the box to inspect it. They said they have us sign a waiver but could not produce that waiver and no one recalls signing anything. They told us to speak with warranty on the appliance who came by and said it was installed wrong and he wouldn't even remove it because he said it could fall on his head. So about a dozen exchanges with Virginia and Jake and all ignored and dismissing, we now need to find a new installer. We paid this company a lot of money. It's a $7M home and they treated us like crap. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! I've worked with all kinds of companies in construction and these people are the worst. read more

I have had the pleasure of doing business with aaction appliance installation for the last 7 years and highly recommend their work as they are throughly trained and qualified to complete the installations of high end kitchen appliances ie. Wolf, Subzero, Viking, Miele, Thermador, Dacor. I use them in my projects of luxury/spec homes from the Malibu Colony Homes, Stevenson's Ranch, Hidden Hills, Bradbury, Laguna Beach, Bel Air, West Los Angeles, South Bay and San Marino. As well as traditional builder residential kitchen projects throughout the greater Los Angeles area. I have nothing but praise for them as they work well with myself and my contractors, builders and home owners to get the job done. read more

Beyond Horrible! I had them do four kitchen installs in a building. What a nightmare Their techs show up late or not at all. When they do come they are in such a rush. They say whatever theY can to get out of there. They did not finish many of the items and left parts all over the place. IIt took several times to get them to do installations. Like an idiot I gave them over six months to get the job done until I realized I should just call someonne else to finish their work. Like an idiot I payed them for incomplete work. Their workers fought with everyone. Don't use them!! read more

I really love this company! Jake and Isser are AWESOME! I had a problem with my Miele dishwasher for 6 months, so many people came out to investigate, but Jake knew immediately what the problem was, and they were fast and thorough, and both so friendly and helpful! If you need to install a downdraft vent, go to James at AAction. 5 stars for him and his partner. We wanted to replace a 6-year-old downdraft and install a Miele downdraft which has a different size. After talking to several installers and being turned down, I understand it requires someone who knows how to cut the marble countertop, understands the compatibility between the existing cooktop and the new downdraft, the layout of the outlet and gas line underneath the counter, and the space the new one would need. So I called Miele's customer service and they gave me AAction's number. James came and carefully measured and calculated how to fit in the new one with the least amount of changes. He answered all the questions I have and I know he is a pro on downdraft. Then I went ahead to order the appliance. He came with his partner to install it. When it is done, it looks perfect! I am very happy with his service. read more

So I built a new house and brought back my Miele washer/dryer that had been in storage for 3 years. Miele directed me to Aaction Appliance as an authorized Miele installer, and they sent two guys out to do the installation. James and Daniel. Honestly, they were amazing. They understood my machines inside and out and knew exactly what I needed to do to complete the installation. They even helped me find what part I need to order from the Miele instruction manual. These guys were just wonderful, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated their help and incredibly capable assistance. These guys really rock!!! Thank you James and Daniel! read more

During the inspection on our new house, we realized that our dishwasher was ancient--dating back to the late 60's. I was surprised since the owners had updated all the other kitchen appliances. Since the house came with a home warranty I didn't give it much thought until our dishwasher finally died a couple of months after moving in, and we realized that the cramped complicated space reserved for the dishwasher would make buying and installing a new one extremely difficult. James arrived from Action Appliance and immediately realized that the new dishwasher we bought wouldn't work in the new space. The standard door on modern dishwashers are too long to fit into the cramped area. He spent time taking thorough measurements and sent us back to Pacific Sales to buy one based on his measurements. Luckily, my husband found a new dishwasher that would work based on James' recommendation. A couple of days later James arrived with the new dishwasher and had the old one out and the new one installed within an hour and a half. This included cutting part of the cabinet seamlessly so the new dishwasher would fit. When he discovered that parts were missing that he needed to complete the installation, he walked me through what parts Pacific Sales needed to order and ship to us. Once the parts were in and he came back, finished the install and took the time to walk us through all the settings. Top notch company and employee. I will hire them again in the future! read more

We had Aaron come out to do an install on an over the range microwave oven. He was very clean and tidy, and did an outstanding job. He even gave some hints on cleaning, filter changes, and possible future venting changes. We would definitely recommend the company based on the work that was provided to us by Aaron. read more

Terrible. They overcharged me for an oven installation, and I have yet to receive money back 4 months later. Also they were supposed to install a trim kit, scheduled installation twice, never showed up either time. The reason they never showed up was because they never even ordered the trim kit. I have been told 4 times the owner would call me back right away, and he has never called me back. read more

After expressing, to my Aunt, my frustration with our contractor, well former, because we fired him. My Aunt insisted I call Aaction Appliance in Van Nuys who she and my Uncle used to install their appliances. Love them, but they are very anal and want what they want, so if my Aunt insists I call Aaction, I will! I called the office and spoke with Christina. First and foremost, she is a diamond in the rough! Her customer service is impeccable! When you talk to her, she makes you feel like her close friend, rather than another customer. Christina was compassionate of my situation and put me on schedule about a week after I called. With little ones, I told her I really needed my refrigerator and oven and microwave ASAP. The following day, Christina called me to let me know she had a cancellation and could send a crew the next morning. Honestly didn't expect her to call and accommodate my request! I called back as my husband wanted to make sure we wouldn't run into the same situation as with our Contractor. He spoke with a manager named Ramon. Ramon explained that they are certified installers and insured. Kinda feel bad for Ramon, because my husband asked so many questions in a stern, tough guy tone. He's like a pitbull! At the end of the call, my husband smiled and said. I like this guy. He didn't BS me! Day of the 1st appointment, Pepe and Eddie called me to let me know they were on there way and upon arrival were true gentlemen. They introduced themselves and discussed their gameplan in thorough detail so I could understand what they would be doing. I was tending to my little ones, when Pepe called me over so he could open the boxes in front of me. We both checked each appliance for any damages before they started installing. Pepe also explained to me that he would have to do some adjustments to my counters and discussed pricing with me to approve before doing the extra work. After they were done, they made sure I was pleased with the install and showed me how to use all the functions. He had me review all the charges listed on the invoice and made sure I agreed. Everything matched what Christina quoted me and what Pepe quoted for the extra work on my counters. No hidden costs! That was shocking! Most places try to sneak in costs. Since we fired our incompetent contractor, he never installed my hood I explained this to Pepe and he took the time to assess the situation provided a quote to install the hood and the extra work to vent out. I asked if they install washers and dryers, which they do. Pepe offered to install the washer and dryer, but the hood and range would have to be done later, they would need several hours for the vent work and parts to purchase. Being their first call and Christina accommodating my request for an earlier appointment, I knew they had other calls and I didn't want to keep them longer, since I only called to have my fridge and oven and microwave put in. I called Christina to schedule installation of our hood and range and the washer and dryer. She wasn't there, an I spoke with Virginia. Again, I received friendly customer service. Virginia explained that Pepe and Eddie were unavailable for over a week, so I opted for another crew, since they were available in sooner. Robert and Steve came to install these items on our 2nd appointment. I received the same courteous service. Robert and Steve were also very thorough and patient with me and my many questions about the venting and holes they had to cut. They tested out all units before they left. Just like Pepe and Eddie, they cleaned up and you would never know they were there! My husband came home and loved it! But he did have a question about the range. Robert showed me and I forgot. Oops He called the office and spoke with another Manager, Tony. Tony walked my husband through the functions and all was good! As they say, better late than never! We used Aaction Appliance last year October 2019, but I had to give a review after I found out another Uncle used Aaction to install his hood last month. Our experience with everyone at Aaction Appliance has been nothing short of amazing! They are all very professional and kind! Now we have a beautiful new kitchen and we were able to have our family gather at our home for Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. If we stayed with our former contractor, we would probably still be without our kitchen and I'm sure we would have paid thousands of dollars for work undone! My husband and I have referred many friends and colleagues. They all join us in their positive experience with AAction Appliance. Definite 5-Star service! You won't be disappointed! read more

We bought some high end appliances and were directed to AAction appliance for installation. I was called by Kristina who was very pleasant, informing me of how the installation works and she said that I'd have two great installers arrive the next day at 1pm. Right on time I met Francisco and Pepe - Both were very nice and focused on getting the installation done correctly. One of the men asked if I would not mind looking at something they discovered. On one of the appliances there was a scratch and a dent. They relayed that should not have been that way and that I should get a replacement before they proceed to install it. I could not have more happy. They were looking out for me as if they were me. I would not have noticed the dent/scratch and when I did I may have thought one of the kids was to blame. Stellar job. After we removed the fridge - again one of the men snapped to and helped me clean underneath it, scrubbing the floor next to me - OUTSTANDING! This is not the norm when it comes to appliance installation companies. I'm more than impressed - so hence my five star review on Yelp. read more

I needed them again for an installation of a new Microwave / Oven combo unit, since my old one conked out. They were actually able to come out within 2 hours, to take proper measurements for me and make sure the one I chose would fit. The tech that came, Aaron, then spent time answering questions for me and helping me decide which unit would be best for my needs. They helped me get a great deal on the new unit and came back out a few days later with my new unit. Installed in about 30 minutes and it works great! These guys are very good at what they do and I'm glad I have a company I can recommend to my friends that might need appliances installed and want someone they can trust. Thanks guys! read more

The technician, Juan Garcia and his partner, were fabulous. They carefully removed our old built-in refigerator without the slightest damage to our cabinets and floor. They were prompt, curtious, and very professional. For some background, we had purchased our refrigerator directly from LG and the service that LG contracted (OXP) was horrible! They came out 3 times, over 2 weeks, each time telling us that they had no idea how to remove a built-in. They finally told us that we were on our own. Thank goodness we were referred to AAction Appliance by another retailer. In the future, AAction will be our go-to place for all our appliances. read more

These guys were great! I previously hired another installation company and when they came to do the job, they had no experience installing Subzero appliances. The technicians they sent were very knowledgeable with built ins and had no issues doing extra work to make them fit. I highly recommend!! read more
