The guys arrived within the 3-hour window provided. They worked neatly and were courteous and professional. After install, they even walked us through the oven features and gave us tips. I hired them to install my appliances at my condo under construction. My appointment was for 9 am. After they didn't show up I called them and they lied and said they are on the way, after another hour I called them and they made another excuse and kept putting me on hold. I contracted their services to install all of my Miele appliances. Arthur was assigned to my job. He was a breath of fresh air given my renovation frustrations. We called these appliances installers that came recommended by Pacific sales and I would not ever recommend them to anybody, regardless of the good reviews I see here..!! After speaking with the owner Tony he quoted me a reasonable price for a range installation. After the 2 installers came to the residence, they began by saying that there was two much liabity to do the install. I don't think they had planned on getting dirt on them by getting under the house to install an exhaust duct. They told us they could not do the install, but did not give us an adequate reason why. They said we should call thier office and we did and I said lets get on speaker phone and they refused...!!and went outside to call on thier own.They finally left and said they had another job To do.!! To sum up this review, I believe they may have under bid according to the double dollar signs $$ on this yelp info, and do honestly believe after they looked at the work to be done ...came up with so many excuses why it wasn't going to happen. This is the worst company you can do business with if you need you appliances delivered or installed. They charge $45.00 delivery fee+ and installation fee the cheapest is $240.00. They charged $195.00 just to take the reg out of the box and plug it in your home. Please beware of this company. My experience with AAction Appliance has been a nightmare. First they installed a range, but in the process of doing so, they caused considerable damage to multiple doorways and chipped the brand new quartz countertop. They had to come back a second day to install the refrigerator but never showed up. I had to take a day off from work to be home and it wasnt until close to 7pm that they finally texting saying they just wouldnt show up. When I asked them when they would come back they had 0 interest in resolving and only said they would get to it sometime late next week. I've been with a refrigerator for over a week and this company is just no interested in doing quality work or keeping their appointments. read more

Outstanding customer service, great advice, excellent work. Worth the slightly extra amount I paid over a cheaper service that gave much cheaper service. Aaron gave great advice about appliance usage and maintenance after the install and actually detected a natural gas smell next to my house that led to the discovery of a underground pipe leak which was repaired before anything bad happened. I am simply sharing my experience and personal dealings with this company. We recently purchased a new washer and dryer and had Aaction appliance perform the install. First off, they arrived late. Not a big deal as things happen. Second, when carrying the machines up the stairs, I watched them carelessly dent our brand new custom wall as well as our brand new hardwood floors. They were is such a hurry that they were banging things all over the place. Again, things happen and I was trying to be understanding but when I said something to one of the guys, he said that it was not them who made the dents. I politely informed him that I watched them do it and that I would appreciate it if they were more careful. They just blew me off and in that moment I realized that they just did not care. They then installed the washer and dryer. After install, they forgot to install the hookup covers that were sitting right there on the laundry room counter. I informed them that they forgot to install them and thus I asked the guy to install them...and I was shocked by his response, "if you want these installed you need to do it yourself". His tone was very rude and aggressive towards me! Extremely unprofessional! These are not difficult to install, in fact they just get pushed into place. However, they are very difficult to install when they washer and dryer is already hooked up as they need to be completely disconnected in order to install the covers. I was forced to call their office to get this done. Once done they left and sadly not to my surprise they left the room in an awful mess, including leaving dirt and parts behind the washer and dryer. And of course the only way to clean this area is by moving the washer and dryer which we cannot do, thus it remains dirty. Still to this point I was not going to write this review as this is not something I like to do. However this is not the end of my story, what finally pushed me over the edge was that when we used the machines for the first time the washer machine went out of alignment right away. We did not want to have to deal with aaction appliance due to their lack of care and professionalism thus we contacted Samsung directly, since the machines were under warranty. They sent someone out within a few days to inspect the machines and come to find out the reason this occurred was because they left the shipping bolts/parts on the machines which must be removed to ensure you don't have any issues. I was told that any basic installer knows how important this is. This was my last straw and felt it was important that people knew what occurred! So should you choose to use this company you need to ask the right questions and instruct them to do the right things. I will never ever use them again as I feel you should not have to go to these lengths just for them to do their job. A job which they charge a lot of money (more than other local companies) to do. I hope others find this review helpful and stay far away from this subpar company! read more

Not a good experience at all. Referred to Aaction to install a dishwasher I purchased from Pacific Sales. Installation was included in the price of the machine. They came to our home and completed the install, however they did not connect the water supply line properly. So when we were out of town the hot water ran for 2-3 days. I contacted Pacific Sales who said I needed to reach out to Aaction. They sent a guy who said the machine was not working properly. He did not pull the machine out to see why it was leaking just said I needed to call Bosch. Called Bosch and their technician was fantastic. Old school guy who has been in the appliance business his entire career. He pulls the machine out and immediately finds the main water connection was not done correctly. I reached out in a detailed email to Aaction and to my surprise got a call from Ramon right away. It was obvious he didn't read my email as he said it was still a machine issue. He asked me to send him the Bosch tech work order which I did. Said he would get back to me. That was almost a month ago and I have heard nothing from them since then. I am also notifying Pacific Sales of the poor service. read more

This company is the definition of what costumer service means. they were the installation company that was scheduled and sent to me by the place I bought my appliances .. I didn't expect it to be anything special but some people who will come out and install .. Every person who works here who truly cares, from the person who picks up the phone and when she says she will call you back and update you , OH SHE WILL! and Robert who they sent as my installer, he was the most knowledgable person I have ever met in appliances, he truly cared about making sure everything was perfect. It made me so happy to work with such professionals. Specially for a appliances I paid a lot of money for. They came back 4 TIMES to make sure things were fixed and finished, even though it had to do with certain stuff not being ready on my end, they were always PROMPT and send the installer out asap. I am so impressed by the training everyone at this company has and the dedication they have to its costumers. Another wonderful installation by James and assistant.....my old Kitchenaid dishwasher finally died and purchased a new BOSCH; as always, James was on time and did a great job with the installation and took the time to show me a few "how to's as well".....could not be more pleased. Also just purchased a new range hood again James and assistant on time as usual and did a fabulous job; new hood looks beautiful! AAction appliance was recommended by my sales person after I told her about a previous unpleasant experience I had trying to get my my Thermador Downdraft System installed. Based on her solid recommendation I called AAction. The first service person AAction sent was very nice, and tried hard to get the installation right. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied, and emailed AAction explaining the problem I had with the job. I was very pleased to get a response by phone within the hour. Kristina said she was sorry I was not happy and arranged to send "James" who was their best downdraft tech. The problem was fixed, no fuss, no charge. I was so pleased that I had them install my new oven. Everyone I dealt with was professional, pleasant and accommodating. Don't let an appearance fool ya. Kevin and Cindy were the nicest people to help me with my range hood installation. I purchased a range hood online and not certain it would work as there was brick facade to work through and an existing vent that was greatly off center. Kevin came to my home with an alternative plan but assured me it would all work out. On the day of the installation, the contractor showed up and he was the biggest whiner - "this is brick", "this requires a third man", "this is off center", "he didn't tell me about this" - exactly what a homeowner wants to hear. The next thing I know the contractor steps outside, and what appeared to be a screaming match over the phone ensued. He comes back into the house, puts his tools away and puts the range hood back in the box and neatly tucks it out of the way, "the owner of the company will call you. Better yet, you had best call him." I never spoke with Aaction again, but it was obvious, they had walked off the job. I proceeded to seek other estimates and explained the issues that Kevin and his contractor had raised. Each of the other bidders questioned why that was a problem. And it wasn't and I got my range hood installed exactly the way that I originally wanted it. As nice as Kevin and Cindy were, I never thought they wouldn't come through for me. read more
